This bill mandates the United States Postal Service to assign unique ZIP Codes to specific communities across 22 states within 270 days of enactment. This aims to provide these communities with distinct postal identities.

The "Miracle on Ice Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the presentation of three Congressional Gold Medals to honor the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team for their historic "Miracle on Ice" victory. These medals will be given to the Lake Placid Olympic Center, the United States Hockey Hall of Fame, and the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum for public display. The "Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act" mandates that individuals provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. It amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to include these requirements and directs states to reject applications lacking such proof. The Act also outlines acceptable forms of documentation, verification processes, and penalties for non-compliance, while allowing provisional ballots under certain conditions. Additionally, the Department of Homeland Security must notify state election officials when an individual becomes a naturalized citizen.

The "No Rogue Rulings Act of 2025" limits the scope of injunctions issued by U.S. district courts, restricting them to only apply to the parties involved in the case. An exception is provided for cases involving challenges to executive branch actions brought by multiple states from different circuits, in which a randomly selected three-judge panel may issue broader injunctions. The bill also allows parties to choose whether to appeal injunction decisions to the circuit court or the Supreme Court.

This bill addresses the use of sexual violence as a weapon of war during the 1999 Kosovo conflict, focusing on the case of U.S. citizen Vasfije Krasniqi Goodman. It calls for accountability and justice for survivors, urging both the Kosovo and Serbian governments to investigate and prosecute perpetrators of these crimes. The bill also requests the U.S. government to strengthen its commitment to preventing gender-based violence and to support educational, research, and advocacy projects in Kosovo.

The "No Tax Dollars for Terrorists Act" aims to prevent U.S. taxpayer money from supporting the Taliban by requiring the State Department to actively oppose financial support to the Taliban from foreign countries and NGOs, especially those receiving U.S. aid. The Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025 aims to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and countering its support for terrorism by imposing sanctions on those involved in Iran's energy sector and those who provide financial support for its destabilizing activities. It mandates sanctions on foreign entities involved in processing, exporting, or selling Iranian oil, gas, and petrochemicals, while also establishing an interagency working group to coordinate and enforce these sanctions. The Act also amends existing legislation to require the identification of individuals involved in sanctionable activities or sanctions evasion related to Iranian oil and gas sales.

The "Fairness for Servicemembers and their Families Act of 2025" mandates the Secretary to review the maximum coverage amount under Servicemembers Group Life Insurance and Veterans Group Life Insurance, beginning January 1, 2026, and every five years after. The Secretary will compare the current maximum coverage to $500,000, adjusted for changes in the Consumer Price Index over the preceding five years. The results of these reviews will be submitted to the House and Senate Committees on Veterans' Affairs, to potentially guide coverage increases.

The "Love Them Both Act of 2025" prevents the EEOC and the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights from creating or enforcing regulations about abortion under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. This ensures that the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act will not be interpreted to require accommodations for abortion.

The "1071 Repeal to Protect Small Business Lending Act" repeals Section 704B of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, eliminating requirements for financial institutions to collect and report data on small business loans. This aims to reduce compliance costs for financial institutions, particularly smaller ones like community banks and credit unions. The goal is to alleviate regulatory burdens and improve credit access for small businesses by removing these data collection requirements.

The Free Speech Fairness Act aims to protect the free speech rights of 501(c)(3) organizations by allowing them to make statements about political campaigns without jeopardizing their tax-exempt status. This protection applies if the statements are made during the regular course of the organization's activities and incur only minimal additional expenses.

The "No Partisan Radio and Partisan Broadcasting Services Act" prohibits federal funding for National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). This includes direct funding, indirect support, or purchasing programming. The prohibition extends to any successor organizations of NPR and PBS.

This bill disapproves of the Insurance Regulation Amendment Act of 2024 passed by the District of Columbia Council. Congress is reviewing the act under the District of Columbia Home Rule Act.

The "Stop Harassing Owners of Rifles Today Act" or "SHORT Act" modifies firearm regulations by redefining "firearm" under the National Firearms Act, removing short-barreled rifles and shotguns from certain restrictions, and preempting state laws that tax, mark, record, or register these weapons. The Act also mandates the destruction of records related to these specific weapons held by the Attorney General.

The "Keep Our Girls Safe Act of 2025" prohibits individuals from entering a locker room while members of the opposite sex are present. This prohibition applies to any education program or activity under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The law will take effect 30 days after enactment.
