The Foreign Remittance Accountability and Transparency Act mandates a study by the Comptroller General and the Treasury Department to investigate foreign government programs that may facilitate U.S. tax evasion through remittances. This study will identify such programs, assess their impact on U.S. tax and reporting laws, and determine the scale of the activity. The resulting report must include policy recommendations for Congress within 180 days of the Act's enactment.

The Enhancing Faith-Based Support for Veterans Act of 2025 allows VA chaplains, following a voluntary spiritual assessment, to share a veteran's contact information with a faith-based organization *only* if the veteran explicitly consents. This measure aims to enhance spiritual support options available to eligible veterans receiving VA medical care.

The Return to Palestinian Entities Accountability and Counterterrorism Enforcement Act, or the Return to PEACE Act, ensures that existing visa sanctions against members of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and Palestinian Authority (PA) officials remain in effect. The Secretary of State can waive these bans for renewable 180-day periods only after certifying to Congress that the PLO/PA are not undermining prior commitments, pursuing international legal action against Israel, or supporting terrorism. These provisions are set to expire seven years after enactment.
