The "Iran Sanctions Relief Review Act of 2025" mandates that the President must submit a report to Congress before taking actions to end or waive sanctions related to Iran, or before taking licensing actions that significantly alter U.S. foreign policy toward Iran. Congress then has a review period during which the President is restricted from taking the action unless Congress passes a joint resolution of approval. If Congress passes a joint resolution of disapproval, the President is prohibited from taking the proposed action. The bill also establishes procedures for the consideration of joint resolutions of approval or disapproval in both the House and Senate.

The Veteran Appeals Transparency Act of 2025 requires the Board of Veterans Appeals to publish weekly updates on the Department of Veteran Affairs website, the docket dates of cases assigned to a Board member for decision that week. The notice must state that the assignment does not guarantee a decision will be made that week. This requirement does not apply to cases that have been advanced or remanded by the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

This bill officially designates the military installation in Fayetteville, North Carolina, under the Secretary of the Army's jurisdiction, as Fort Bragg. It mandates that all references to this installation in U.S. laws, regulations, and documents will now refer to it as Fort Bragg. The term "military installation" is defined as in title 10 of the U.S. Code.

This bill designates the United States Postal Service facility located at 2600 Wesley Street in Greenville, Texas, as the "Cooper Dawson Post Office Building." It also mandates that all official documents will refer to the facility as the Cooper Dawson Post Office Building from now on.

The "Ensuring Justice for Victims of Partial-Birth Abortion Act" mandates the Attorney General to investigate potential violations of the partial-birth abortion ban, including the remains of five babies discovered in Washington, D.C., and requires mandatory reporting of violations by healthcare workers. It also directs the Attorney General to produce an annual report on enforcement actions related to the partial-birth abortion ban and tasks the Comptroller General with reviewing past enforcement actions and providing recommendations for improvement.

The "Defund the CFPB Act" amends the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 to eliminate the Director of the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection's ability to request funds for the Bureau's activities, effectively setting the funding limit to $0.

The FIZZ-NO Act of 2025 amends the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to prohibit the use of SNAP benefits for purchasing soda. Soda is defined as any carbonated beverage with more than 1 gram of added sugar, artificial sweetener, or flavoring per serving. This act will go into effect 180 days after enactment.

This bill, named the "MACARTHUR Act," amends the mission statement of the United States Military Academy to include the values of "Duty, Honor, Country." It requires the Secretary of the Army to implement this change within 30 days, ensuring these principles remain central to the Academy's teachings and culture.

The VENUE Act modifies where charges must be filed for offenses on federal property in the National Capital Region, requiring charges to be filed in the district of the offender's last known residence, with provisions for case transfer requests. This applies to offenses where a trial has not been scheduled and that are not already covered by other sections of title 18 of the U.S. Code. It defines the National Capital Region and federal property, excluding U.S. Postal Service properties.

The "CBP Relocation Act" mandates the relocation of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection headquarters to Texas by January 1, 2026. It directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to work with Texas's General Land Office to strategically position the headquarters for border crisis management. The Act also enables the Secretary to acquire land in Texas for this purpose, adhering to federal land acquisition standards.
