The bill also permits the year-round sale of E15 gasoline by adjusting volatility standards. These changes aim to modify biofuel blending requirements and support domestic refining operations.

The Fair Air Standards Act allows states to request that an area currently failing to meet federal ozone standards be redesignated as compliant. This redesignation is possible if the state can prove that the failure to meet the standard was caused by pollution originating from outside the state or a foreign country. The EPA Administrator must review the state's evidence and officially redesignate the area if the claim is substantiated.

The "Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act" repeals the Corporate Transparency Act, eliminating the requirement for companies to report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Exceptions to this rule are only permitted if specific, site-based field data proves lead is causing a wildlife population decline and the action is approved by or consistent with state wildlife policies.

The North Rim Restoration Act establishes a comprehensive program to restore and reforest areas of the Grand Canyon National Park damaged by the Dragon Bravo Fire. To expedite recovery, the bill grants the Secretary of the Interior emergency contracting and limited sole-source procurement authorities to repair essential infrastructure and visitor facilities.
