The "One Flag for All Act" generally prohibits the display of flags other than the U.S. flag on the exterior or in public areas of covered federal buildings. There are explicit exceptions for flags such as POW/MIA flags, state flags displayed at a Member of Congress's office, flags representing the Armed Forces, flags of historical significance, and flags representing local jurisdictions where the building is located. The bill defines "covered public buildings" broadly, including federal buildings, Senate and House buildings, military installations, and U.S. embassies and consulates.

The "Restoring Checks and Balances Act" introduces a five-year sunset provision for new federal regulations, requiring Congressional reauthorization for them to continue. Agency heads must submit reauthorization requests to Congress with justifications one year before expiration, and these reports must be publicly accessible. This act does not override the Administrative Procedure Act and defines key terms such as "agency," "covered rule," and "sunset" to clarify the scope and implementation of the new requirements. The "Protecting the Second Amendment in Financial Services Act" prevents banks and credit card companies from using specific merchant codes that would identify businesses selling firearms or ammunition. This ensures that financial institutions cannot track or discriminate against legal firearm-related transactions.

The "National Right-to-Work Act" amends both the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act to protect an employee's right to choose whether or not to join or support a labor union. It eliminates the possibility of mandatory union membership or dues payments as a condition of employment, ensuring that employees cannot be forced to join or support a union against their will.

The SAFE for America Act of 2025 eliminates the Diversity Visa Program, which makes visas available to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. This is achieved through repealing subsection (c) of Section 203 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The Act also makes corresponding technical amendments to other sections of the Immigration and Nationality Act to reflect this change. These changes would take effect beginning October 1, 2025.

The "Emergency Border Control Resolution" establishes the federal budget for fiscal year 2025, replacing previous resolutions and setting budgetary levels through 2034. The repealed section required the Department of Transportation to create a rule mandating that all new cars have advanced drunk and impaired driving prevention technology. This bill prohibits the government from requiring car manufacturers to install kill switches in vehicles.

The "Restoring Military Focus Act" eliminates the Chief Diversity Officer position within the Department of Defense. It repeals section 147 of title 10, United States Code, and repeals section 913 of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021. The bill also prohibits the use of federal funds to create similar positions within the Department of Defense.

The "Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act" repeals the inclusion of Social Security benefits in gross income, effectively ending the taxation of these benefits for taxable years beginning after the enactment of this law. The Act mandates the allocation of funds each fiscal year to the Social Security Act or the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974, ensuring these programs are not negatively impacted by the tax elimination. The Dismantle DEI Act of 2025 aims to immediately rescind diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) mandates across the federal government, including shutting down related offices and banning specific ideological training for federal personnel and contractors. The bill prohibits the use of federal funds for DEI activities by grant recipients and mandates that federal advisory committees cease all such practices or face termination. Furthermore, it establishes strong enforcement mechanisms, allowing individuals to sue violators and seek financial penalties for non-compliance.

The "Stop the Censorship Act" seeks to narrow the scope of Section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934, modifying the protections for online platforms regarding user-generated content. It redefines protected material as "unlawful material" and includes actions taken to restrict access to other material, regardless of constitutional protection, within the scope of the Act. These changes aim to revise the immunities provided to online platforms concerning content moderation.

This bill terminates the Department of Education, effectively eliminating the department on December 31, 2026.

The "Safeguarding American Workers Benefits Act" amends the Internal Revenue Code to modify Social Security number (SSN) requirements for the Child Tax Credit and the Earned Income Tax Credit. It mandates that to claim these credits, the SSN must be issued by the Social Security Administration to a U.S. citizen or someone authorized to work in the U.S. These modifications will be effective for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.

The "CBO Show Your Work Act" mandates the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) to publicly release the fiscal, policy, and data models used for cost estimates of legislation, along with any updates. This allows for transparency and replication of CBO's analyses by external parties. The CBO must also disclose data, programs, assumptions, and computational details used in preparing cost estimates, while protecting confidential data by providing detailed variable lists, statistics, and contact information for data access.
