The LOCAL Act mandates the Bureau of Land Management headquarters be located in Grand Junction, Colorado. It requires a study on the feasibility of relocating additional BLM employee positions to Grand Junction or another western state. The study will assess the potential benefits of relocation on federal land management, community coordination, and various land uses. A report on the study's findings must be submitted to the House and Senate Committees on Natural Resources and Energy and Natural Resources within 365 days.

This resolution expresses the sense of Congress that the United States should formally recognize Taiwan as an independent, sovereign nation and abandon the obsolete "One China Policy." The Prison Rape Prevention Act of 2025 mandates that the Bureau of Prisons house and transport inmates exclusively according to their biological sex. Additionally, the bill prohibits the Bureau from providing or funding gender-related medical treatments for prisoners.

This Act establishes the Fort Ontario Holocaust Refugee Shelter National Historical Park within the National Park System. The park will preserve and interpret the history of the refugees housed at Fort Ontario between 1944 and 1946. Establishment is contingent upon the Secretary of the Interior securing the necessary land as defined by a specific boundary map. The Secretary will manage the park and can partner with the State of New York for operations and restoration efforts.

The Stop the Censorship Act amends Section 230 to limit the liability protections of online service providers, restricting their ability to unilaterally remove content to only that which is unlawful. While narrowing provider-initiated censorship, the bill preserves immunity for platforms that provide users with the tools to personally filter and curate their own online experience.

The Veterans Access to Direct Primary Care Act establishes a five-year pilot program allowing eligible veterans to use health savings accounts to access primary care services from non-VA providers. This initiative aims to increase healthcare flexibility by funding direct primary care arrangements through existing Veterans Health Administration resources.

The Dismantle DEI Act of 2025 aims to immediately rescind diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) mandates across the federal government, including shutting down related offices and banning specific ideological training for federal personnel and contractors. The bill prohibits the use of federal funds for DEI activities by grant recipients and mandates that federal advisory committees cease all such practices or face termination. Furthermore, it establishes strong enforcement mechanisms, allowing individuals to sue violators and seek financial penalties for non-compliance.

The "No User Fees for Gun Owners Act" prohibits state and local governments from imposing special taxes, insurance requirements, or user fees as a condition for owning, manufacturing, or transferring firearms and ammunition. The bill ensures that firearms are only subject to standard, generally applicable sales taxes, preventing discriminatory financial barriers to gun ownership.

This bill proposes the complete termination of the United States Department of Education. If enacted, the agency would be officially dissolved on December 31, 2026.

The "No Foreign Persons Administering Our Elections Act" prohibits state and local jurisdictions from hiring non-U.S. citizens to administer federal elections. This legislation ensures that only U.S. citizens are responsible for the management and oversight of the federal electoral process.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to prohibit non-citizens from voting in any federal, state, tribal, or local election in the United States. It grants Congress the authority to enforce this amendment. For the amendment to be valid, it must be ratified by three-fourths of the state legislatures within seven years of its submission.

Additionally, it explicitly prohibits the prosecution of any woman for the death of her unborn child.

The "Fix Our Forests Act" aims to improve forest management and wildfire resilience through landscape-scale restoration, community protection in wildland-urban interfaces, and enhanced transparency and technology. It establishes programs for wildfire risk reduction, reforestation, and biochar development, while also focusing on restoring white oak populations and supporting the families of firefighters. The act streamlines project approvals, encourages collaboration, and implements litigation reforms to expedite forest management activities. Additionally, it creates a casualty assistance program for firefighters and support personnel who are seriously injured, become ill, or die while on duty.
