This bill officially designates the mountain located at 630412 N, by 1510018 W in Alaska as Denali. It mandates that all U.S. laws, maps, regulations, and records must recognize and refer to the mountain as Denali.

The "Fee Increases for Reckless Mismanagement Act of 2025" or "FIRM Act of 2025" increases visa application fees for foreign nationals from countries that deny or delay accepting their deported citizens, are state sponsors of terrorism, or are listed as Tier 3 countries in the State Department's Trafficking in Persons report. The fee increase will be between 50% and 150% depending on how many criteria the country meets. The Secretary of State will review these determinations monthly to decide if any increases should be reduced or applied to additional countries.

The "Fit for Purpose Wildfire Readiness Act of 2025" aims to improve the federal government's response to wildfires. The "Restoring State Mineral Revenues Act" eliminates an administrative fee charged under the Mineral Leasing Act, which will likely increase the amount of revenue states receive from mineral leasing on federal lands. The ENABLE Act permanently extends provisions that allow for increased contributions to ABLE accounts and rollovers from 529 education savings accounts, providing ongoing financial benefits for individuals with disabilities. It amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to remove the expiration date for increased contributions and ensures the continuation of rollovers from 529 programs to ABLE programs indefinitely. The act also modifies retirement savings contribution definitions and repeals a paragraph from the SECURE 2.0 Act of 2022 to align with these changes. These amendments are effective for taxable years ending after the enactment date of this act and for distributions made after this enactment.
