The Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2025 imposes a one-year moratorium on federal funding for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, its affiliates, and its clinics unless they certify that they will not perform abortions. It includes specific exceptions for cases of rape, incest, or life-threatening medical conditions.

This bill officially designates the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Lubbock, Texas, as the "General Bernie Mittemeyer VA Clinic." All future federal references to this facility will reflect this new name.

This bill seeks to expunge the January 13, 2021, impeachment of President Donald J. Trump, effectively removing it from the historical record. The "Protecting our Communities from Sexual Predators Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to broaden the scope of individuals who can be detained and deported. This act ensures that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac can continue to use risk-based pricing for credit fees on single-family home mortgages.

The "Injunctive Authority Clarification Act of 2025" limits the ability of federal courts to issue injunctions that prevent the enforcement of laws against individuals or entities not directly involved in the lawsuit. This bill amends Title 28 of the U.S. Code to ensure that court orders only apply to parties in the case, unless non-parties are legally represented within the suit.

The FIND Act prohibits federal agencies from contracting with entities that discriminate against the firearm and ammunition industry. It requires federal contractors to certify they do not discriminate against firearm entities and prohibits them from awarding subcontracts to entities that do not provide a similar certification. Violations of these clauses will result in contract termination. The TCJA Permanency Act makes the individual tax reforms of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act permanent, including lowered income tax rates, an increased standard deduction, and an expanded Child Tax Credit. The legislation also solidifies higher exemptions for the Alternative Minimum Tax to protect more households from the parallel tax system. By locking in these provisions, the bill aims to simplify tax filing while providing long-term stability for families, small business owners, and individual taxpayers.

The "No Congressional Funds for Sanctuary Cities Act" prohibits federal funds from being directed toward "sanctuary jurisdictions" through congressional earmarks. Starting in fiscal year 2026, this legislation restricts funding for state and local governments that limit cooperation with federal immigration authorities. An exception is provided for jurisdictions that protect the immigration status of crime victims and witnesses.

This proposed constitutional amendment requires a supermajority vote (three-fourths) in both the House and Senate to pass any law that increases the national debt. Any such law must also specify the exact reason for increasing the debt. The amendment would take effect ten years after ratification.
