This aims to address rising antisemitism in educational settings. The Act clarifies that it does not expand the Department of Education's authority, change existing discrimination standards, reduce existing rights, or infringe upon First Amendment rights.

This resolution urges the UN Security Council to impose an immediate arms embargo on Burma's military in response to the 2021 coup and subsequent human rights abuses. It outlines conditions for lifting the embargo, including a permanent ceasefire, release of political prisoners, accountability for abuses, humanitarian access, and a verifiable transition to a democratically elected government. This bill condemns the fraudulent January 2025 Belarusian presidential election and Lukashenka's autocratic rule, denounces the regime's support for Russia's war against Ukraine, and calls for the release of political prisoners. It advocates for free and fair elections in Belarus, continued support for the Belarusian democratic opposition, and further sanctions against the Lukashenka regime. The "CBO Show Your Work Act" mandates the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) to publicly release the fiscal, policy, and data models used for cost estimates of legislation, along with any updates.
