The Parris Island Protection Act prohibits the use of federal funds to close or realign the Marine Corps Recruit Depot at Parris Island, South Carolina, or to plan for its closure or realignment. This act recognizes the historical and cultural significance of Parris Island, as well as its role in preparing Marines for service since 1891. It affirms Parris Island as the home of the Marine Corps' Eastern Recruiting Region.

This bill prohibits the use of federal funds to support or facilitate the participation of the Russian Federation in any Group of Seven (G7) proceeding. It also blocks federal funding for reconstituting a Group of Eight (G8) that includes Russia. The goal of the bill is to restrict the Russian Federation's involvement in these international forums.

The "PROTECT Jewish Students and Faculty Act" amends the Higher Education Act of 1965, requiring institutions to include a definition of antisemitism in their student and employee conduct resources. It mandates a statement prohibiting antisemitic conduct on campus, which may lead to expulsion for students or termination of employment for employees.
