Furthermore, the VA must annually report on its compliance with this new timely certification requirement.

The Ban on Inkless Directives and Executive Notarizations Act of 2025 mandates that the President must personally sign engrossed bills, Executive Orders, and pardons, explicitly banning the use of automatic signing devices for these actions. Furthermore, this Act invalidates any prior official document signed by an unauthorized individual, even if the signing occurred before the law's enactment. This legislation ensures that the highest level of presidential authority is conveyed through the President's own physical signature.

This resolution solemnly marks the one-year anniversary of the attempted assassination of President Donald J. Trump, condemning the multiple violent attempts against the President's life. The Compressed Gas Cylinder Safety and Oversight Improvements Act of 2025 significantly tightens federal regulation of foreign manufacturers producing gas cylinders for transporting hazardous materials in the U.S. This bill grants the Secretary of Transportation new authority to approve, inspect, and suspend foreign manufacturers based on compliance and accuracy of submitted information. It also mandates public notice periods for new applications and requires enhanced disclosure regarding the applicant's compliance history and potential national security flags.
