The VA Home Loan Awareness Act of 2025 requires that the Uniform Residential Loan Application include a disclaimer informing applicants that they may qualify for a VA Home Loan if they have served in the military. It also requires the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct a study on whether lenders are including the disclaimer.

The Whole-Home Repairs Act of 2025 establishes a pilot program providing grants to organizations for whole-home repair programs benefiting eligible homeowners and landlords. The "Wildland Firefighters Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the Speaker of the House and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to present a Congressional Gold Medal to wildland firefighters collectively, recognizing their service, sacrifice, and bravery. The Secretary of the Treasury will produce the medal, consulting with the National Interagency Fire Center on the design, and bronze duplicates will be made available for sale to the public. After the presentation, the medal will be given to the National Interagency Fire Center for display and research.

The "Washington, D.C. Admission Act" outlines the process for admitting Washington, D.C., into the Union as the State of Washington, Douglass Commonwealth, while establishing a Capital to serve as the seat of the U.S. Government. It addresses the transition of laws, governance, and federal responsibilities, ensuring continuity of services and representation for the residents of the new state. The Act also defines the boundaries of the new State and the Capital, and includes provisions for elections, federal property, and the establishment of a Statehood Transition Commission.

This database will collect and report data from state agencies, list anti-human trafficking organizations, and identify areas with high and low trafficking rates. The Act prioritizes survivor confidentiality and allocates funding for grants to state agencies and for the database's creation and maintenance. It prohibits using the collected data to make funding decisions and protects survivors' personal information.

The "SAVE Girls Act" aims to combat the smuggling and trafficking of children and young women by authorizing the Attorney General and the Secretary of Health and Human Services to award grants to states, tribes, local governments, and nonprofits. These grants will primarily focus on preventing the smuggling of individuals aged 12-24 across U.S. borders and supporting those at risk of trafficking. The act allocates $50 million for these grants.
