The "Stop Funding Our Adversaries Act of 2023" prohibits several federal agencies from directly or indirectly funding research conducted by the Chinese government or the Chinese Communist Party, including any entities they own or control. This aims to prevent U.S. taxpayer dollars from supporting research benefiting potential adversaries.

The "Fair Access to Banking Act" aims to prevent financial institutions from denying services to legal businesses based on subjective or political reasons. It prohibits large banks, credit unions, and payment card networks from discriminating against legal businesses and requires them to provide fair access to financial services based on impartial, risk-based standards. The "Defending Domestic Orange Juice Production Act of 2025" mandates that pasteurized orange juice must have a minimum of 10.0% orange juice soluble solids by weight, excluding added sweeteners. This act revises existing standards for pasteurized orange juice, but allows the Secretary of Health and Human Services to modify these standards in the future.

The Small LENDER Act amends the Equal Credit Opportunity Act to ease the burden of new small business lending data collection rules. It provides financial institutions with a three-year compliance period, followed by a two-year safe harbor from penalties. The act defines "financial institution" as one originating at least 500 small business credit transactions in each of the previous two years, and "small business" as one with $1,000,000 or less in gross annual revenue.

The resolution directs that a copy be sent to the President and made public, ensuring their sacrifices are remembered and recognized nationwide.

The "Build the Wall Act of 2025" establishes a fund dedicated to constructing and maintaining physical barriers along the U.S. southern border. It redirects unobligated funds from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds into this new "Southern Border Wall Construction Fund." The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospitalization and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child cannot be prosecuted. The bill also allows the woman who had the abortion to file a civil action against anyone who violated the act. It defines abortion and attempts at abortion, and renames "Partial-Birth Abortions" to "Abortions" in relevant sections of the U.S. Code.

The TABS Act of 2025 renames the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection to the Consumer Financial Empowerment Agency, updating references across numerous acts and legal documents. It also authorizes Congress to appropriate funds for the newly named agency for fiscal years 2026 and 2027, bringing it into the regular appropriations process.

It broadens the definition of crimes against children to include any crime constituting domestic violence.

The "AMERICANS Act" addresses the COVID-19 vaccine mandate's impact on service members by preventing new mandates without congressional approval and prohibiting adverse actions based solely on vaccination status. It offers remedies for those discharged or negatively affected, including discharge upgrades, reinstatement, and compensation. The act prioritizes retaining unvaccinated members, limits consideration of vaccination status for assignments, requires a COVID-19 vaccine exemption process, and terminates bonus repayment obligations for those separated due to vaccine refusal.
