The Space Ready 2.0 Act authorizes NASA to establish a pilot program allowing the agency to accept voluntary contributions from public and private entities to fund infrastructure repairs and improvements at NASA Centers. This initiative aims to modernize common-use facilities through collaborative investment while ensuring rigorous cost management and oversight. The program is designed to facilitate public-private partnerships that support NASA’s operational needs through 2031.

The One Giant LEAP Act mandates the establishment of a centralized electronic portal for processing all licenses and approvals related to commercial space launch activities. This system will streamline application submissions, track all communications, and provide transparency regarding key timelines and the status of each request. The goal is to modernize and expedite the federal review process for the commercial space industry.

The Greenlighting Growth Act aims to ease financial reporting burdens for emerging growth companies (EGCs) during their initial public offerings (IPOs) and other initial filings. Specifically, it exempts EGCs from providing detailed historical financial statements for acquired companies that predate their earliest audited reporting period. This exemption is permanent, even after a company ceases to be classified as an EGC.

The LEDGER Act mandates the creation of a comprehensive, centralized system managed by the Secretary of the Treasury to track every expenditure made by all branches of the U.S. Government. This new system must detail exactly where federal funds are spent and how long those funds were available for obligation. The goal is to significantly enhance the traceability and transparency of government spending.
