The "Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2025" extends increased Medicare payment support for physicians and practitioners through 2025. The IGO Anti-Boycott Act amends the Anti-Boycott Act of 2018 to include international governmental organizations in the prohibitions against boycotts. The "Build the Wall Act of 2025" establishes a fund dedicated to constructing and maintaining physical barriers along the U.S. southern border. It redirects unobligated funds from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds into this new "Southern Border Wall Construction Fund." The Department of Homeland Security will then use this fund for border wall projects.

This resolution expresses gratitude and acknowledges the sacrifices made by Gold Shield Families, the families of fallen first responders. It honors these families of fallen police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and other emergency personnel. The resolution directs that a copy be sent to the President and made public, ensuring their sacrifices are remembered and recognized nationwide.

The United States Reciprocal Trade Act aims to address trade imbalances by granting the President authority to impose reciprocal tariffs on goods from countries with significantly higher tariffs or non-tariff barriers on U.S. goods. It requires the President to notify Congress before taking action and allows Congress to reject Presidential tariffs through a disapproval resolution. The Act also directs the USTR to report on trade agreements and sets a sunset clause on the President's authority to impose import duties, with a possible extension subject to congressional approval. Ultimately, this bill seeks to empower the President to negotiate fairer trade terms and protect American businesses, farmers, and workers by ensuring reciprocal treatment in international trade.

The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospitalization and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child cannot be prosecuted. The bill also allows the woman who had the abortion to file a civil action against anyone who violated the act. It defines abortion and attempts at abortion, and renames "Partial-Birth Abortions" to "Abortions" in relevant sections of the U.S. Code.

The Ensuring Veterans’ Final Resting Place Act of 2025 expands eligibility for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) headstones and markers by removing a key date restriction for certain individuals. It also updates benefits for families choosing an urn or plaque instead of a traditional marker, effective for veterans who died on or after January 5, 2021. Finally, the bill extends the expiration date for certain existing limits on VA pension payments.

The Federal Insurance Office Elimination Act eliminates the Federal Insurance Office and the position of its Director within the Department of the Treasury. It transfers certain responsibilities and authorities previously held by the office to other entities, such as the Secretary of the Treasury and the Board of Governors. The act also makes related amendments to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act to reflect these changes. This bill does not repeal or limit the Secretary of the Treasury's authority over insurance-related matters.

The TABS Act of 2025 renames the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection to the Consumer Financial Empowerment Agency, updating references across numerous acts and legal documents. It also authorizes Congress to appropriate funds for the newly named agency for fiscal years 2026 and 2027, bringing it into the regular appropriations process.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025" seeks to prohibit the use of federal funds for abortions and for health plans that cover abortions, while allowing individuals and entities to purchase separate abortion coverage with non-federal funds. It clarifies that premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) cannot be used for health plans that include abortion coverage. This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to fix the number of Supreme Court justices at nine. For this amendment to be valid, three-fourths of the state legislatures must ratify it within seven years of its submission.

It broadens the definition of crimes against children to include any crime constituting domestic violence.

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to increase the railroad track maintenance credit from $3,500 to $6,100, adjusting for inflation after 2025. It applies to qualified expenditures starting January 1, 2024, for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.

The "Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act of 2025" seeks to modernize Medicare coverage for chiropractic services. The "AMERICANS Act" addresses the COVID-19 vaccine mandate's impact on service members by preventing new mandates without congressional approval and prohibiting adverse actions based solely on vaccination status. It offers remedies for those discharged or negatively affected, including discharge upgrades, reinstatement, and compensation. The act prioritizes retaining unvaccinated members, limits consideration of vaccination status for assignments, requires a COVID-19 vaccine exemption process, and terminates bonus repayment obligations for those separated due to vaccine refusal.

The MACH Act allows NASA to establish the "Making Advancements in Commercial Hypersonics Program" to facilitate testing opportunities for high-speed aircraft technologies, while ensuring alignment with existing research roadmaps and collaboration with other agencies like the Department of Defense and the FAA. The Act requires NASA to develop a strategic plan and submit regular reports to Congress on the program's activities and progress. It also prohibits NASA from collaborating with entities or countries of concern on these technologies.

The "Red Snapper Act of 2025" restricts the Secretary of Commerce from implementing area closures for snapper-grouper fisheries in the South Atlantic until the South Atlantic Great Red Snapper Count study is completed and its data is integrated into a red snapper stock assessment. This aims to ensure fishery management decisions are based on the most current data, potentially mitigating negative economic impacts on recreational fishing.

The "Sea Turtle Rescue Assistance and Rehabilitation Act of 2025" amends the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, enabling the Secretary of Commerce and the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to award grants for sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation efforts. It establishes the Sea Turtle Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Rapid Response Fund to provide emergency assistance and adds "marine mammal rescue and response" to the list of activities the Secretary can carry out. This act aims to bolster sea turtle conservation through financial support and expanded response capabilities. The grant-awarding authority will expire 7 years after the enactment of the act.
