The Stop Funding Our Adversaries Act of 2023 prohibits federal agencies from providing direct or indirect funding for research conducted by the Chinese government, the Chinese Communist Party, or their controlled entities. The "No User Fees for Gun Owners Act" prohibits state and local governments from imposing special taxes, insurance requirements, or user fees as a condition for owning, manufacturing, or transferring firearms and ammunition. The bill ensures that firearms are only subject to standard, generally applicable sales taxes, preventing discriminatory financial barriers to gun ownership.

The Defending Domestic Orange Juice Production Act of 2025 establishes a federal quality standard requiring pasteurized orange juice to contain at least 10.0 percent orange juice soluble solids by weight. This measure ensures product consistency by excluding added sweeteners from the calculation of these solids.

The Educational Choice for Children Act of 2025 establishes federal tax credits for individuals and corporations that contribute to scholarship-granting organizations. These organizations provide K–12 education scholarships to students from lower- and middle-income households to cover tuition, tutoring, and other qualified educational expenses. The bill also protects the autonomy of participating schools and scholarship organizations from government interference while ensuring that scholarship funds remain tax-free for recipient families.

The IGO Anti-Boycott Act expands existing federal law to prohibit participation in boycotts fostered or imposed by international governmental organizations, not just those by foreign countries. Additionally, the bill mandates that the President submit and publish an annual report detailing all international boycotts covered by these restrictions.

The Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2025 aims to support healthcare providers by extending Medicare payment adjustments through the end of 2025. Specifically, the bill provides a 6.62 percent payment increase for services rendered between April 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, to help practitioners adjust to evolving Medicare payment policies.

The Build the Wall Act of 2025 establishes a dedicated Treasury fund to finance the construction and maintenance of physical barriers along the U.S. southern border. The legislation mandates that this initiative be funded by reallocating all unobligated Coronavirus State and local fiscal recovery funds.

This resolution expresses gratitude and acknowledges the sacrifices made by Gold Shield Families, the families of fallen first responders. It honors these families of fallen police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and other emergency personnel. The resolution directs that a copy be sent to the President and made public, ensuring their sacrifices are remembered and recognized nationwide.

The United States Reciprocal Trade Act empowers the President to impose reciprocal tariffs on foreign goods when trading partners maintain significantly higher tariffs or nontariff barriers than those applied by the U.S. This legislation aims to address trade imbalances and protect American producers by providing the executive branch with tools to negotiate fairer market access. The Act includes requirements for congressional consultation and public notice, while also establishing a process for Congress to disapprove specific tariff actions.

The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospitalization and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child cannot be prosecuted. The bill also allows the woman who had the abortion to file a civil action against anyone who violated the act. It defines abortion and attempts at abortion, and renames "Partial-Birth Abortions" to "Abortions" in relevant sections of the U.S. Code.

The Federal Insurance Office Elimination Act proposes the dissolution of the Federal Insurance Office (FIO) within the Department of the Treasury. This legislation removes the FIO from various financial oversight and regulatory processes, reassigning its responsibilities to the Secretary of the Treasury, the Federal Reserve, and other relevant agencies.

The Ensuring Veterans’ Final Resting Place Act of 2025 expands eligibility for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) headstones and markers by removing a key date restriction for certain individuals. It also updates benefits for families choosing an urn or plaque instead of a traditional marker, effective for veterans who died on or after January 5, 2021. Finally, the bill extends the expiration date for certain existing limits on VA pension payments.

The Families’ Rights and Responsibilities Act establishes the fundamental right of parents to direct the upbringing, education, and health care of their children. It mandates that the government cannot substantially burden these rights without a compelling interest and requires the use of the "strict scrutiny" legal standard in such cases. Additionally, the bill provides parents with the legal standing to challenge government interference in court and allows for the recovery of attorney's fees if they prevail.

The TABS Act of 2025 renames the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection to the Consumer Financial Empowerment Agency and establishes it as an independent agency outside of the Federal Reserve System. Additionally, the bill mandates that the agency’s funding be brought under the regular congressional appropriations process.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to fix the number of Supreme Court justices at nine. For this amendment to be valid, three-fourths of the state legislatures must ratify it within seven years of its submission.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025" seeks to prohibit the use of federal funds for abortions and for health plans that cover abortions, while allowing individuals and entities to purchase separate abortion coverage with non-federal funds. It clarifies that premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) cannot be used for health plans that include abortion coverage. The Act also revises notice requirements for health plans, mandating clear disclosure of abortion coverage and any associated premium surcharges to enrollees. Exceptions to the funding restrictions are included for cases of rape, incest, or when the mother's life is in danger.

The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025 proposes to limit automatic birthright citizenship to children born in the United States who have at least one parent who is a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien serving in the U.S. armed forces. This legislation would exclude children born to parents without legal status or those on temporary visas from receiving automatic citizenship. These changes would apply only to individuals born on or after the date of the Act's enactment.

The "Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to deem aliens inadmissible and deportable if they have committed or admitted to acts constituting sex offenses, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse, or violating protection orders. It broadens the definition of crimes against children to include any crime constituting domestic violence.

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to expand the railroad track maintenance credit by increasing the per-mile tax credit to $6,100 and implementing annual inflation adjustments starting in 2026. It also extends the eligibility window for qualifying maintenance expenditures to include costs incurred through 2023. The AMERICANS Act of 2025 provides relief to military service members who faced discharge or adverse action due to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The bill mandates the correction of service records, offers pathways for reinstatement and back pay, and prohibits future COVID-19 vaccine mandates without explicit Congressional authorization. Additionally, it establishes clear exemption processes for deployment and ensures equal professional treatment for unvaccinated personnel.
