The FAIR Act of 2025 prohibits the federal government and recipients of federal aid from discriminating or granting preferential treatment based on race, color, or national origin in federal contracts, employment, and programs. It requires federal agencies to review and update their policies to comply with the Act and allows individuals harmed by violations to sue for relief. The Act does not retroactively affect pending legal cases or existing contracts and subcontracts. It also clarifies that the Act does not alter existing immigration or nationality laws.

The "National Constitutional Carry Act" aims to protect the Second Amendment rights of individuals to carry firearms in public for self-defense, as affirmed by Supreme Court decisions. It prevents state and local governments from restricting the carrying of firearms by legal U.S. citizens, whether residents or non-residents, in any public place, with exceptions for private property where firearms are prohibited and places with firearm screening. This act asserts that any state or local laws conflicting with this provision will be rendered ineffective.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to fix the number of Supreme Court justices at nine. For this amendment to be valid, three-fourths of the state legislatures must ratify it within seven years of its submission.

The FACE Act Repeal Act of 2025 repeals the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, which prohibits certain actions that obstruct or interfere with access to reproductive health services. This repeal would apply to both ongoing and future prosecutions that begin on or after the date this Act is enacted.

The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025 amends the Immigration and Nationality Act, clarifying that individuals born in the U.S. are citizens if at least one parent is a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or an alien with lawful status serving in the armed forces. This clarification applies to those born after the Act's enactment, ensuring that citizenship is tied to a parent's connection to the U.S. The bill specifies the criteria for being "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States for citizenship at birth.

The "No Retaining Every Gun In a System That Restricts Your Rights Act" mandates the Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to destroy all firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses within 90 days of enactment. It also eliminates the requirement for these businesses to send these records to the Attorney General. Finally, the Act requires the Director of the ATF to submit a report to Congress detailing the number of records destroyed.

The "No Child Tax Credit for Illegals Act of 2025" amends the tax code to require both the taxpayer and qualifying child to have a social security number to claim the child tax credit. The social security number must be issued by the Social Security Administration to a U.S. citizen or someone authorized to work in the United States. Failure to include a valid social security number will be treated as a mathematical error. This requirement applies to tax years beginning after the enactment of this law.

The "Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act of 2025" seeks to modernize Medicare coverage for chiropractic services. It expands coverage to include all services provided by licensed Doctors of Chiropractic, not just manual spinal manipulation. Doctors of Chiropractic are required to attend an educational webinar to be eligible for Medicare reimbursement. This aims to align Medicare with other healthcare systems and private insurance in recognizing the full scope of chiropractic care.

The "Protecting Access for Hunters and Anglers Act of 2025" ensures that hunters and anglers can continue to use lead ammunition and tackle on federal lands and waters managed by the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture. It restricts these departments from prohibiting or regulating lead in ammunition and tackle, unless the Secretary of Interior or Agriculture determines that lead ammunition is the primary cause of a wildlife population decline in a specific area. Any ban implemented must align with state laws or be approved by the state's fish and wildlife department.

This bill urges the NCAA to reverse its current transgender athlete policy, arguing it discriminates against female athletes. It advocates for policies that ensure biological females compete against biological females in collegiate sports. The bill also calls on all sports governing bodies in the U.S. to protect women's sports.

The "Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act" repeals the Corporate Transparency Act, eliminating the requirement for companies to report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). It also makes necessary technical adjustments to Title 31 of the United States Code, specifically sections related to financial recordkeeping and reporting of currency and foreign transactions, to reflect the repeal.

The Hearing Protection Act seeks to remove silencers from the purview of the National Firearms Act, treating them more like regular firearms under federal law. It preempts state laws that impose additional taxes or regulations on silencers, and mandates the destruction of existing federal silencer records. The Act also revises the definition of firearm silencers and mufflers under federal law, and imposes a 10% tax on these devices. These changes aim to simplify the process for legal acquisition and possession of firearm silencers.

The Small Business Regulatory Flexibility Improvements Act aims to reduce the regulatory burden on small businesses by clarifying and expanding the scope of rules covered under the Regulatory Flexibility Act, requiring more detailed analyses of the impact of regulations on small entities, and enhancing the role and powers of the Small Business Administration's Chief Counsel for Advocacy. It also includes provisions for periodic review of rules, judicial review of compliance, and waiving fines for first-time paperwork violations by small businesses. Additionally, the Act mandates agencies to prepare plain language guides for small businesses to understand regulations and requires a Comptroller General report on the capacity of the Chief Counsel for Advocacy.

The "Ensuring Accountability in Agency Rulemaking Act" mandates that all federal agency rules must be issued and signed by a Senate-confirmed appointee. It requires that the rulemaking process be initiated by a senior appointee. The head of each agency is responsible for ensuring rules comply with the Act, while the Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) will offer guidance and monitor compliance. This act aims to increase accountability in federal agency rulemaking.

The "Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025" amends Title IX to prohibit schools receiving federal funds from allowing males to participate in female athletic programs. Sex is defined as based on reproductive biology and genetics at birth. The bill allows males to train with female teams if it doesn't deprive females of opportunities. It also requires a study on the benefits lost to women when males participate in female sports.

The "One Agency Act" consolidates federal antitrust enforcement by transferring the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) antitrust functions, staff, assets, and funding to the Department of Justice (DOJ). This aims to streamline antitrust enforcement, eliminate overlap, and improve efficiency. The Attorney General is granted authority to restructure the Antitrust Division and manage ongoing investigations, consent decrees, and information gathering related to antitrust matters. The FTC is prohibited from initiating new antitrust actions without the Attorney General's approval during a transition period.

The "Regulation Reduction Act of 2025" mandates that federal agencies repeal at least three existing regulations for every new regulation issued, ensuring that the cost of any new major regulation is offset by the cost savings from those repealed. Agency heads must also submit reports identifying costly, ineffective, or outdated regulations to Congress. This aims to reduce regulatory burdens and streamline government processes.

The "Repeal the NFA Act" aims to eliminate the National Firearms Act (NFA). This bill would remove all regulations, taxes, and registration requirements imposed by the NFA on certain firearms and devices. By repealing the NFA, the bill seeks to deregulate the ownership and transfer of items currently covered under the NFA.

The "REMAIN in Mexico Act of 2025" mandates the Secretary of Homeland Security to reinstate and enforce the Migrant Protection Protocols, as previously outlined in the 2019 Policy Guidance. This requires migrants and asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while awaiting U.S. immigration proceedings.

The "Preserving Safe Communities by Ending Swatting Act of 2025" amends federal law to criminalize the act of "swatting," where false information is reported to trigger an emergency response. Those who commit swatting would face increased penalties, including fines and imprisonment, especially if serious bodily injury or death results. Additionally, individuals who engage in swatting would be liable for the costs incurred by emergency responders due to the false report.
