This legislation ensures that any existing collective bargaining agreements between federal agencies and employee unions remain fully in effect until their stated expiration dates. The Act also prohibits the use of federal funds to implement the overturned Executive Order.

This bill, the MINKS are Superspreaders Act, prohibits the breeding and possession of American mink raised in captivity for fur production nationwide. It amends the Animal Welfare Act to ban related activities like transport and sale, with limited exceptions. Additionally, the legislation establishes a voluntary federal buy-out program for existing mink farms, contingent upon available funding.

The Reducing Exploitative Social Media Exposure for Teens Act (RESET Act) prohibits social media platforms from allowing minors under the age of 16 to create or maintain accounts. Platforms must identify and terminate existing accounts belonging to minors under 16 and immediately delete their personal data upon termination. Enforcement of this Act will be handled by the Federal Trade Commission, with provisions for state enforcement actions as well.

The Energy Choice Act places federal restrictions on state and local governments, preventing them from enacting regulations that prohibit or limit energy service based on its type or source. This means local governments cannot ban or restrict access to energy services sold in interstate commerce. The legislation aims to ensure consistent access to various energy sources across jurisdictions.

The Rx ACCESS Act aims to improve prescription access, fairness, and transparency within the TRICARE pharmacy benefits program. It extends beneficiary choice for receiving non-generic maintenance medications and establishes minimum reimbursement standards for TRICARE retail pharmacies. The ROTOR Act aims to enhance aviation safety and transparency, primarily by narrowing exceptions for disabling ADS-B tracking on government aircraft and mandating that aircraft equipped with ADS-B Out must also install ADS-B In technology. The bill further requires the FAA to conduct comprehensive safety reviews of military and civilian operations in complex airspace, such as around Reagan National Airport. Finally, it mandates formal agreements for the FAA and the Department of the Army to share critical aviation safety data.

This Act prohibits foreign states and sovereign wealth funds from funding U.S. civil litigation where they are not a party. It mandates strict disclosure requirements for any foreign third-party litigation funding in federal cases. Failure to comply can result in the dismissal of the case and other sanctions. The Attorney General must also report annually to Congress on the use of such foreign funding.
