The Secret Service Prioritization Act of 2025 shifts the responsibility of investigating financial crimes and fraud from the Secret Service to the FBI, allowing the Secret Service to focus on protection duties. It enables a smooth transition by transferring personnel, assets, and ongoing legal proceedings to the FBI. The Act ensures that completed actions and reporting requirements remain valid and applicable under the new management. This change aims to streamline law enforcement efforts and enhance the focus of each agency.

This bill reaffirms the U.S. is not a party to the Rome Statute, doesn't recognize the International Criminal Court's (ICC) jurisdiction, and opposes the ICC's actions against Israeli leaders. It expresses the U.S.'s unwavering support for Israel's right to self-defense against unwarranted legal actions.

The "No Pro-Abortion Task Force Act" prohibits federal funds from being used for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Reproductive Healthcare Access Task Force or any similar replacement. This bill effectively defunds the task force created in January 2022.

The "Fund and Complete the Border Wall Act" aims to enhance U.S.-Mexico border security by establishing a dedicated fund for constructing and maintaining a border wall, increasing Border Patrol agent pay, and implementing new fees and penalties to finance these efforts. Additionally, the Act mandates investigations by the Secretary of Defense and the Attorney General into these individuals' roles in the Hunter Biden laptop situation and their involvement with the Biden Presidential campaign.

The "Ending Common Core and Expanding School Choice Act" redirects federal education funds to states, allocating money based on the number of eligible low-income students. States can distribute these funds directly to parents for qualified education expenses, including public, charter, and private school tuition. The bill prohibits federal mandates on curriculum, standards, and assessments, effectively ending Common Core. It also repeals the state assessment grant program.

This bill stops organizations that get federal COVID relief money from requiring their employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Any organization that violates this rule will be required to return all COVID relief funds to the federal government. This restriction applies to funds from relief packages like the CARES Act and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

The "Protect the Gig Economy Act of 2025" prevents class action lawsuits that allege companies have misclassified employees as independent contractors. This change applies to Rule 23(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, specifically targeting the gig economy.

The "Freedom to Petition the Government Act" ensures that nonprofit organizations holding meetings with federal officials in federally owned or leased locations within Washington D.C. are not defined as "doing business" in the district. This clarification supports the ability of nonprofits to engage with the government without facing unintended regulatory burdens.

The "Freedom from Mandates Act" nullifies Executive Orders 14042 and 14043, which concern COVID-19 safety protocols for federal contractors and mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations for federal employees. Additionally, the bill prevents the Secretary of Labor from mandating COVID-19 vaccinations or testing for employees and prohibits the Secretary of Health and Human Services from requiring healthcare providers to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations or testing for employees as a condition of Medicare or Medicaid participation.

The "No Free Rent for Freeloaders Act of 2025" aims to ensure public housing agencies comply with tenant income verification requirements. It mandates the Inspector General of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to monitor compliance and determine the total amount of federal subsidies provided to tenants not meeting these requirements. The total subsidy amount will be published annually, and an equivalent amount will be rescinded from HUD's Management and Administration account.

The Medical Innovation Acceleration Act of 2025 exempts certain low-risk, non-invasive diagnostic devices from being regulated as medical devices by the FDA. These devices do not penetrate the skin, are not implanted, and do not expose the body to ionizing radiation. This exemption is intended to encourage innovation in the development of new diagnostic tools.

The "No Vaccine Passports Act" prohibits federal agencies from issuing vaccine passports or sharing COVID-19 vaccination records. It also prevents the federal government from requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination for access to federal property and services.

The Nullify Occupational Safety and Health Administration Act (NOSHA) repeals the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. This bill abolishes the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

The "Travel Mask Mandate Repeal Act of 2025" prohibits federal agencies from mandating mask-wearing on any form of transportation or at transportation hubs due to COVID-19. This act eliminates the CDC's mask mandate issued on January 29, 2021, and any corresponding orders from the Transportation Security Administration.

The "Protection from Obamacare Mandates and Congressional Equity Act" modifies exemptions to the Affordable Care Act's (ACA) health coverage requirements for individuals in counties with limited insurer participation. It also mandates that the President, Vice President, political appointees, Members of Congress, and congressional staff obtain health insurance through the ACA exchanges without government contributions, and limits their tax credits and cost-sharing reductions. This bill clarifies that Congress is not a "small employer" for purposes of enrolling in an Exchange.
