Additionally, abortion clinics are required to be licensed by the state and adhere to the same standards as ambulatory surgery centers to receive federal funding.

The "Limiting Emergency Powers Act of 2025" amends the National Emergencies Act to require congressional approval within 30 days for any presidential declaration of national emergency. It sets a two-year limit on national emergencies, requiring renewal by both the President and Congress. The bill also ensures that funds and contracts related to the emergency are terminated appropriately if the emergency declaration expires.

The "Small Business Prosperity Act of 2025" permanently increases the deduction for qualified business income, setting the deductible amount for each qualified trade or business at 43 percent of the taxpayer's qualified business income. This act aims to improve the quality and consistency of chemical assessments used for regulatory purposes.

The Secret Service Prioritization Act of 2025 shifts the responsibility of investigating financial crimes and fraud from the Secret Service to the FBI, allowing the Secret Service to focus on protection duties. It enables a smooth transition by transferring personnel, assets, and ongoing legal proceedings to the FBI. The Act ensures that completed actions and reporting requirements remain valid and applicable under the new management. This change aims to streamline law enforcement efforts and enhance the focus of each agency.

This bill reaffirms the U.S. is not a party to the Rome Statute, doesn't recognize the International Criminal Court's (ICC) jurisdiction, and opposes the ICC's actions against Israeli leaders. It expresses the U.S.'s unwavering support for Israel's right to self-defense against unwarranted legal actions.

The "No Pro-Abortion Task Force Act" prohibits federal funds from being used for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Reproductive Healthcare Access Task Force or any similar replacement. This bill effectively defunds the task force created in January 2022.

The "Fund and Complete the Border Wall Act" aims to enhance U.S.-Mexico border security by establishing a dedicated fund for constructing and maintaining a border wall, increasing Border Patrol agent pay, and implementing new fees and penalties to finance these efforts. The bill mandates the completion of the border wall by December 31, 2025, and directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to consult with stakeholders to minimize the project's impact. The "Accountability for Lawless Violence In our Neighborhoods Act" or the "ALVIN Act" prohibits federal funding to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. It rescinds unspent funds and requires the Attorney General to recover funds spent by the office after January 1, 2022.

The Space Research Innovation Act directs the NASA Administrator to establish a university-affiliated research center. This center will support NASA by funding research and engineering for missions to the Moon and deep space. It will foster collaboration between academic and private sectors, ensuring high technical standards and public-private partnerships.

The Fourth Amendment Restoration Act repeals the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978, and mandates that a federal warrant be required to surveil United States citizens. It also prohibits the use of illegally obtained information against U.S. citizens in any legal proceeding, and establishes criminal sanctions for unauthorized electronic surveillance.

The "Drain the Intelligence Community Swamp Act of 2025" revokes the security clearances of the 51 individuals who signed the "Public Statement on the Hunter Biden Emails" on October 19, 2020. It also prohibits the reissuance or renewal of security clearances for these individuals. Additionally, the Act mandates investigations by the Secretary of Defense and the Attorney General into these individuals' roles in the Hunter Biden laptop situation and their involvement with the Biden Presidential campaign.

The "Ending Common Core and Expanding School Choice Act" redirects federal education funds to states, allocating money based on the number of eligible low-income students. States can distribute these funds directly to parents for qualified education expenses, including public, charter, and private school tuition. The bill prohibits federal mandates on curriculum, standards, and assessments, effectively ending Common Core. It also repeals the state assessment grant program.

This bill stops organizations that get federal COVID relief money from requiring their employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Any organization that violates this rule will be required to return all COVID relief funds to the federal government. This restriction applies to funds from relief packages like the CARES Act and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

The "Protect the Gig Economy Act of 2025" prevents class action lawsuits that allege companies have misclassified employees as independent contractors. This change applies to Rule 23(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, specifically targeting the gig economy.
