The KAMALA Act prohibits housing and community development grants from being used to assist individuals who are not U.S. nationals or lawfully admitted for permanent residence. It also prevents the Secretary from providing grants to any state, local government, or Indian tribe that administers housing or community development programs offering assistance to individuals who are not U.S. nationals or lawfully admitted for permanent residence.

The "Responsible Borrower Protection Act of 2025" prevents the enforcement of changes to mortgage credit fees announced on January 19, 2023, by the Federal Housing Finance Agency. This act ensures that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac can continue to use risk-based pricing for credit fees on single-family home mortgages.

The act also modifies asylum procedures, affecting credible fear interviews, application jurisdiction, and penalties for fraud, with the goal of streamlining the system and deterring abuse.

The "Ending Catch and Release Act of 2025" amends immigration law to mandate the detention of asylum seekers and other inadmissible individuals, preventing their release into the U.S. while awaiting proceedings. It also raises the standard of proof for asylum eligibility and requires the return of asylum seekers arriving from contiguous territories to those territories. The bill aims to expedite the removal process, mandating removal within 72 hours and prohibiting parole or release into the U.S.

The "No SmartPay for Anti-2A Companies Act" prohibits the General Services Administration from awarding SmartPay Program contracts to payment systems using a payment processing agency with a merchant category code for gun retailers. This restriction does not affect contracts awarded before the law's enactment.

The "Responsible Path to Full Obamacare Repeal Act" repeals both the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, effective October 1, 2025. The "Protecting Businesses From Frivolous COVID Lawsuits Act of 2025" sets standards for negligence in COVID-19 transmission lawsuits. It requires juries to be instructed that simply operating a business does not constitute negligence. This aims to protect businesses from lawsuits where they are accused of negligence simply for being open during the pandemic.

The "Buzz Off Act" prohibits federal law enforcement from using drones to surveil individuals or private property without consent or a warrant. Exceptions are permitted if the Secretary of Homeland Security certifies a high risk of terrorist attack or if a search warrant is obtained.

The American Sovereignty and Species Protection Act of 2025 amends the Endangered Species Act of 1973. It prohibits the classification of non-native species as endangered or threatened. Additionally, it restricts the use of financial assistance for acquiring land or water rights in foreign countries.

The "One Bill, One Subject Transparency Act" aims to ensure legislative clarity and focus by requiring each bill to address only one subject, clearly stated in its title. It restricts appropriation bills from including unrelated general legislation or changes to existing laws, allowing only provisions that specify the use of funds. The Act allows legal challenges against the government by parties harmed by non-compliant laws and ensures judicial review.

The Strategic Production Response and Implementation Act requires the Secretary of Energy to create and implement a plan to increase oil and gas production on Federal lands before executing a drawdown of petroleum products from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The increase in leased Federal lands for oil and gas production must match the percentage of petroleum drawn down from the Reserve, but the total increase cannot exceed 10 percent. The Secretary of Energy must consult with other relevant secretaries when preparing this plan.

The TEAM Veteran Caregivers Act improves the Department of Veterans Affairs caregiver program by formally recognizing caregivers in veterans' health records and requiring standardized notifications to veterans and caregivers regarding program eligibility changes. It also extends caregiver benefits for at least 90 days following a veteran's ineligibility determination, with certain exceptions.

The "Abortion Is Not Health Care Act of 2025" amends the Internal Revenue Code to specify that expenses paid for an abortion cannot be claimed as a medical expense deduction. This change applies to taxable years starting after the enactment of this Act.

The "Protecting Our Children from the CDC Act" mandates the public posting of all clinical trial data regarding the safety and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines before they can be added to the child and adolescent immunization schedule. It initially removes any existing COVID-19 vaccines from the schedule until the required data is published. This ensures transparency and informed decision-making regarding childhood vaccinations.

The "Pregnant Women Health and Safety Act of 2025" mandates that physicians performing abortions must have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital and inform patients of its location for follow-up care. Non-compliant physicians may face penalties, while women undergoing the procedure are exempt from prosecution. Additionally, abortion clinics are required to be licensed by the state and adhere to the same standards as ambulatory surgery centers to receive federal funding.

The "Limiting Emergency Powers Act of 2025" amends the National Emergencies Act to require congressional approval within 30 days for any presidential declaration of national emergency. It sets a two-year limit on national emergencies, requiring renewal by both the President and Congress. The bill also ensures that funds and contracts related to the emergency are terminated appropriately if the emergency declaration expires.
