The SERVE Our Communities Act authorizes the Attorney General to issue grants to state and local governments that allow courts to assess an individual's potential danger to the community when setting bail and that have taken action to reduce repeat offenses by violent offenders. These actions include enacting laws, increasing efforts to recruit law enforcement, or running public education programs to counter anti-police sentiment. The grants can be used as described in section 211(b) of the Second Chance Act of 2007. \$10,000,000 is authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year from 2026 through 2031 to implement this section.

The "Supporting Transit Commutes Act" allows employers to deduct the cost of providing certain transportation benefits, like transit passes or parking, to their employees. The deduction is limited to the amount described in section 132(f)(2)(A). If employees can choose between the transportation benefit and cash, the deduction is reduced to 50%.

This proposed constitutional amendment would permanently set the number of Supreme Court justices at nine. The composition would include one chief justice and eight associate justices. For the amendment to be enacted it must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years of being submitted.

The Act will terminate once China adheres to IMF exchange rate rules and has similar policies to other major currencies, or seven years after enactment.

This bill amends the Endangered Species Act to treat artificially propagated animals the same as naturally propagated animals. It allows the use of artificial propagation for mitigation purposes under the Act. The changes apply to all species, regardless of their classification date.

This bill allocates $22,407,000 from the House of Representatives' funds to cover the expenses of the Committee on Financial Services for the 119th Congress, including staff salaries. The funds are divided into two equal amounts available for the first and second sessions of Congress. Payments will be made through vouchers authorized by the Committee and following the regulations set by the House Administration Committee.

The Strategic Production Response and Implementation Act requires the Secretary of Energy to create and implement a plan to increase oil and gas production on Federal lands before executing a drawdown of petroleum products from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The increase in leased Federal lands for oil and gas production must match the percentage of petroleum drawn down from the Reserve, but the total increase cannot exceed 10 percent. The Secretary of Energy must consult with other relevant secretaries when preparing this plan.

The "Manatee Protection Act of 2025" designates the West Indian manatee as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, requiring its inclusion on the endangered species list. This action provides increased protections and conservation efforts for the manatee population.

The "Freedom from Mandates Act" nullifies Executive Orders 14042 and 14043, which concern COVID-19 safety protocols for federal contractors and mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations for federal employees. Additionally, the bill prevents the Secretary of Labor from mandating COVID-19 vaccinations or testing for employees and prohibits the Secretary of Health and Human Services from requiring healthcare providers to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations or testing for employees as a condition of Medicare or Medicaid participation.

The "Protecting our Communities from Sexual Predators Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to broaden the scope of individuals who can be detained and deported. Ultimately, the ACRES Act seeks to enhance wildfire risk reduction efforts through better data and accountability.

The "Buzz Off Act" prohibits federal law enforcement from using drones to surveil individuals or private property without consent or a warrant. Exceptions are permitted if the Secretary of Homeland Security certifies a high risk of terrorist attack or if a search warrant is obtained.

The "Deport Alien Gang Members Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to make alien gang members inadmissible and deportable, defining "criminal gang" as groups of 5 or more involved in criminal activities. It mandates detention for gang-affiliated aliens, makes them ineligible for asylum or temporary protected status, and requires an annual report to Congress. The Act also specifies that gang members are not eligible for parole or other relief under immigration laws, with the amendments being effective immediately upon enactment.

The "One Subject at a Time Act" aims to ensure legislative clarity and focus by requiring each bill to address only one subject, clearly stated in its title. It restricts appropriations bills from including unrelated general legislation or changes to existing laws, while allowing limitations on the use of funds. The Act provides legal recourse for those harmed by non-compliant laws or for members of Congress affected by their house's failure to comply with the act, enabling them to sue the U.S. government to stop the law's enforcement. If a law violates this act, the entire law or specific parts may be invalidated.

The Western Water Accelerated Revenue Repayment Act amends the WIIN Act to modify revenue offset directives and extend prepayment authority for water projects. It allows offsets to accounts other than the General Reclamation Fund, as directed by pre-existing project-specific statutes. This act aims to accelerate revenue repayment for Western water projects.
