It also requires agencies to reduce their headquarters office space by at least 30% and to include detailed employee location and telework data in budget submissions to Congress. The term "veteran" is defined by section 101 of title 38, United States Code. This change aims to support veteran entrepreneurship by expanding access to credit union business loans. The changes will take effect 180 days after the law is enacted.
