The "Protecting Individuals with Down Syndrome Act" prohibits abortions performed because of a belief or diagnosis that an unborn child has Down syndrome, and establishes criminal penalties and civil remedies for violations. This bill also requires medical professionals to ask pregnant women about any knowledge or evidence concerning the unborn child having Down syndrome and informs them of the prohibitions of abortion under this section. Additionally, the bill specifies that violations will be considered discrimination under the Rehabilitation Act, potentially resulting in a loss of federal funding.

The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospital transport and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child is protected from prosecution. The bill also allows the woman on whom the abortion was performed to file a civil action against anyone who violated the requirements if a child was born alive.

This resolution honors Mississippi's Gestational Age Act and Representative Becky Currie's role in the Supreme Court's Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade. It recognizes the decision to return the authority to regulate abortion to the states and expresses gratitude to states enacting laws to protect mothers and unborn children.

The "Protect Funding for Women's Health Care Act" prohibits federal funds from going to Planned Parenthood Federation of America and its affiliates. It states that the funds will still be available to other eligible entities for women's health services. It does not alter existing abortion-related limitations or decrease overall federal funding for women's health initiatives.

The "Recruiting Families Using Data Act of 2025" aims to improve foster care and adoption outcomes by requiring states to develop and implement "family partnership plans." These plans focus on data-driven recruitment, support, and retention of foster and adoptive families, with an emphasis on kinship placements and reducing congregate care. The Act also mandates increased data collection and reporting on foster family capacity, demographics, and challenges to better inform recruitment and support efforts at the state and federal levels.

The FIND Act prohibits federal agencies from contracting with entities that discriminate against the firearm and ammunition industries. It requires federal contractors and subcontractors to certify they do not discriminate against firearm entities, with penalties for violations. This act aims to ensure fair treatment of firearm-related businesses in federal contracting.

The Dismantle Iran's Proxy Act of 2025 redesignates Ansarallah as a foreign terrorist organization, imposing sanctions and requiring a strategy to restore freedom of navigation in key waterways. It mandates a report on obstacles to humanitarian aid in Yemen under Ansarallah's control and requires the president to determine if Abdul Malik al-Houthi, Abd al-Khaliq Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and Abdullah Yahya al-Hakim are officials, agents, or affiliates of Ansarallah.

The "Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act" (SAVE Act) aims to ensure that only U.S. citizens register to vote in federal elections by requiring documentary proof of citizenship during voter registration. It amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to include citizenship verification and mandates states to verify citizenship using various databases and federal information. The Act also establishes penalties for registering non-citizens and provides guidance for states to implement these changes.

The Offshore Energy Security Act of 2025 mandates the Department of Interior to conduct at least 20 offshore oil and gas lease sales in the Gulf of Mexico between 2026 and 2035, each offering a minimum of 74,000,000 acres. The "Miracle on Ice Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the creation of three Congressional Gold Medals to honor the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team and their historic "Miracle on Ice" victory. These medals will be given to the Lake Placid Olympic Center, the United States Hockey Hall of Fame Museum, and the United States Olympic Paralympic Museum for public display. The Act also allows for the creation and sale of bronze duplicates to fund the medal production.

The Sporting Firearms Access Act of 2025 amends Title 18 to streamline the importation process for firearms and ammunition intended for sporting purposes like hunting and target shooting. The "Defending American Sovereignty in Global Pandemics Act" suspends U.S. funding to the World Health Organization (WHO) until any pandemic-related treaty is ratified by a two-thirds vote in the Senate. It restricts U.S. participation in international agreements under the WHO Constitution for pandemic response unless approved as a treaty by the Senate. The Act prohibits U.S. funds from being used for the WHO from the date any such agreement goes into effect until Senate approval.

Sarah's Law mandates the detention of aliens who were not inspected upon entering the U.S., had a revoked nonimmigrant visa, or violated their visa terms, and are charged with a crime resulting in death or serious bodily injury. It requires the Department of Homeland Security to inform victims and their families about the alien's identity, immigration status, criminal history, custody status, and removal efforts. The law also ensures that it does not diminish any rights crime victims have under existing laws.

The "Justice for Jocelyn Act" aims to limit participation in Alternatives to Detention programs, mandating GPS tracking and curfews for aliens on ICE's nondetained docket. It requires that aliens can only be released into Alternatives to Detention programs if all detention beds are full and all efforts to detain have been exhausted. The bill also mandates removal for aliens who fail to comply with release conditions, and ensures that if any part of the Act is found unconstitutional, the remaining parts will remain valid.

The "Fair Play for Girls Act" mandates the Attorney General to produce a report analyzing challenges to fair competition for female athletes, instances of lost opportunities due to competition with biological males, and the effectiveness of state laws protecting female athletes. It also requires an examination of online violence and sexual abuse against female athletes, along with recommendations to address these issues.
