Sarah’s Law mandates the detention of specific undocumented or visa-violating immigrants who are charged with crimes resulting in death or serious bodily injury. Additionally, the bill requires U.S. immigration authorities to provide victims or their families with timely, ongoing updates regarding the offender's custody status and immigration proceedings.

The Sporting Firearms Access Act of 2025 streamlines the importation process for firearms and ammunition intended for sporting, hunting, and recreational use. The bill establishes clear criteria for "sporting purposes," mandates a 90-day decision deadline for the Attorney General, and provides applicants with expanded rights to judicial review if an importation request is denied.

The Justice for Jocelyn Act mandates stricter detention requirements for noncitizens by limiting the use of Alternatives to Detention programs to only when capacity is exhausted. It requires continuous GPS monitoring and nightly curfews for all individuals on the nondetained immigration docket. Additionally, the bill mandates the immediate removal of any individual who violates their release conditions.

This resolution urges the NCAA to revoke its current transgender student-athlete eligibility policy, arguing it discriminates against female athletes. It calls for the NCAA to prevent transgender-identifying males from competing in women's sports and to require member conferences to adopt a biological sex-based policy. The Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025 establishes a national standard allowing individuals to carry concealed handguns across state lines, provided they are legally authorized to carry in their home state. Under this act, visitors must adhere to the host state’s operational laws regarding where and how firearms may be carried. The legislation preserves each state's authority to regulate its own internal permit-issuing processes while ensuring nationwide recognition of valid carry rights.
