The CCP Visa Disclosure Act of 2025 requires applicants for F, M, and J visas, including their spouses and minor children, to disclose any past or planned funding from the Chinese government, the Chinese Communist Party, or entities controlled by either. Visa holders who receive such funds after their visa is issued must report it within 90 days or risk visa revocation. Current visa holders must also disclose any past or planned funding from these sources.

The Veterans True Choice Act of 2025 expands TRICARE eligibility to veterans with service-connected disabilities who are eligible for VA healthcare enrollment, allowing them to enroll in TRICARE Select. Veterans enrolled in TRICARE through this provision cannot be concurrently enrolled in the VA patient enrollment system or receive VA medical care.
