The American-Hellenic-Israeli Eastern Mediterranean Counterterrorism and Maritime Security Partnership Act of 2025 aims to enhance counterterrorism and maritime security cooperation between the United States, Israel, Greece, and the Republic of Cyprus through strategic dialogues, joint exercises, and increased support for training facilities. It establishes interparliamentary and interexecutive groups to foster collaboration and creates specific training programs, CERBERUS and TRIREME, to improve counterterrorism and maritime security capabilities in the Eastern Mediterranean. The act also removes certain restrictions on defense articles for Cyprus and authorizes appropriations to support these initiatives and facilities. Finally, it mandates reports to Congress on strategies for enhanced cooperation and the implementation of training programs.

The "Bus Parity and Clarity Act" ensures equal access for over-the-road buses in scheduled or charter service on toll roads, HOV facilities, and value pricing pilot programs. It requires equal toll rates and terms for these buses, similar to public transportation vehicles. The Act also mandates the publication of a database containing information on toll rates, terms, and conditions for each toll facility covered under these equal access provisions.

The "Hot Foods Act of 2025" amends the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, allowing SNAP benefits to be used for hot and ready-to-eat foods. It broadens the scope of eligible food items under SNAP and modifies retailer eligibility requirements, permitting more stores to accept SNAP if hot food sales do not exceed 50% of their gross sales. This change also updates the language regarding where SNAP-eligible food can be consumed to include "home or immediate consumption".

The Support UNFPA Funding Act aims to reinstate U.S. financial support for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the UN's sexual and reproductive health agency. It authorizes appropriations of at least $50 million for fiscal year 2026 and $55 million for fiscal year 2027 to support UNFPA's work in reducing maternal deaths, preventing gender-based violence, and promoting voluntary family planning. The Act asserts that supporting UNFPA aligns with U.S. interests by improving global health, fostering development, and promoting stability.

The Financial Exploitation Prevention Act of 2025 amends the Investment Company Act of 1940 to protect senior investors from financial exploitation. It allows investment companies to request contact information for a trusted contact person, and to postpone the redemption of securities if financial exploitation of a "specified adult" (age 65+ or an adult believed to be impaired) is suspected. The postponement is limited to 15 business days, with a possible 10-business-day extension, and requires internal review, notification to the designated contact, and reporting to state regulators or courts. The SEC must submit a report to Congress with recommendations for regulatory and legislative changes needed to address the financial exploitation of security holders who are specified adults.

The "Stop Antisemitism on College Campuses Act" amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit colleges and universities from supporting events promoting antisemitism. Antisemitism is defined using the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's working definition. This bill aims to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for Jewish students on college campuses by preventing the authorization, facilitation, funding, or support of antisemitic events.

The "No Hungry Kids in Schools Act" aims to eliminate student hunger by providing free meals to all students in participating states. Starting July 1, 2025, states that fund the program with non-federal funds will receive free reimbursement for all meals served at applicable schools. This will be achieved by applying a specific multiplier, setting a threshold of zero, and calculating identified students as a percentage across all applicable schools in the state.

This resolution requests the President to provide the House of Representatives with documents and communications regarding the Department of Government Efficiency's access to the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection's systems and data. The VA Home Loan Awareness Act of 2025 requires that the Uniform Residential Loan Application include a disclaimer informing applicants that they may be eligible for a VA Home Loan if they have served in the military. It also requires the Comptroller General of the United States to study and report to Congress on lender compliance with the disclaimer requirement.

The Paycheck Fairness Act aims to strengthen and enhance enforcement of equal pay requirements by redefining "sex," modifying the "bona fide factor" defense for pay disparities, broadening the definition of "same establishment," strengthening non-retaliation protections, and enhancing penalties for employers who violate equal pay provisions. The Act also requires training programs, research, education, and outreach initiatives to eliminate pay disparities, and establishes a National Award for Pay Equity in the Workplace. Additionally, the Act directs the EEOC to collect compensation data, reinstates pay equity programs, prohibits the use of wage history in determining salary, and establishes a National Equal Pay Enforcement Task Force to improve compliance and enforcement of equal pay laws.

This bill authorizes the President to posthumously award the Medal of Honor to Doris Miller for acts of valor he performed while serving in the Navy during World War II. Doris Miller's heroic actions during the attack on Pearl Harbor, for which he received the Navy Cross, merit the nation's highest military honor. This authorization acknowledges Miller's bravery and rectifies the historical lack of recognition for African Americans in combat roles during that era.

This resolution recognizes the significant gender pay gap, where women earn less than men for comparable work, and highlights the economic impact this disparity has on women, families, and the nation. It also acknowledges the disproportionate effect on women of color. The resolution reaffirms the commitment to achieving equal pay and reducing the gender wage gap.

The Uyghur Human Rights Protection Act designates certain residents of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region as Priority 2 refugees, waives the presumption that certain individuals seeking asylum are immigrants, and encourages allies to offer similar accommodations. It addresses persecution by the Chinese government, including forced detention, political indoctrination, and human rights violations against Uyghurs and other Muslim minorities. The act also requires regular reports on the processing of refugee applications and prioritizes diplomatic efforts to support these individuals in third countries. Finally, the Act ensures that applying for refugee or asylum status does not negatively impact nonimmigrant status applications and terminates 10 years after enactment.

The Accountability for Terrorist Perpetrators of October 7th Act mandates terrorism-related sanctions on the Popular Resistance Committees (PRC) and associated individuals/entities due to their involvement in terrorist activities, including the October 7, 2023, attack against Israel. It requires the President to block assets and impose visa restrictions on those affiliated with the PRC, with exceptions for national security and humanitarian reasons. Additionally, the Act directs the Secretary of State to report to Congress on whether Lions Den and the PRC should be designated as Specially Designated Global Terrorists.
