The Taiwan Assurance Implementation Act amends the Taiwan Assurance Act of 2020, requiring the Secretary of State to review and reissue guidance on relations with Taiwan, including the "Guidelines on Relations with Taiwan," at least every five years. Following each review, the Secretary must submit a report to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee detailing updates and how the guidance aligns with specified goals and objectives.

The Public Service Worker Protection Act amends the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to include state, federal, and local governments as employers, thereby extending OSHA protections to public service workers. This change ensures that public employees receive the same workplace safety standards and protections as those in the private sector. The Act will take effect 90 days after enactment for most entities, and 36 months after enactment for states without an approved state plan.

The Reduction in Force Review Act requires federal agencies to provide detailed justifications to Congress for any planned workforce reductions. These justifications must include the reasons for the reduction, its impact on employees and operations (including veterans), considered alternatives, and summaries of consultations with employees. The Charlotte Woodward Organ Transplant Discrimination Prevention Act prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in organ transplantation and related services. It ensures that qualified individuals with disabilities are not denied access to organ transplants or related services solely based on their disability and requires reasonable modifications to policies and auxiliary aids to ensure accessibility. The Act allows consideration of a person's disability if medically significant to the transplant's success, but not if a support network can ensure compliance with health requirements. The Equality Act amends existing civil rights laws to explicitly include protections against discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity in areas such as public accommodations, employment, housing, credit, and jury selection. It clarifies and expands the definition of sex to include sex stereotypes, pregnancy, childbirth, related medical conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics. The act ensures equal access to shared facilities and prohibits the use of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 to justify discrimination. Ultimately, the Equality Act seeks to provide consistent and comprehensive protections against discrimination for LGBTQ+ individuals and women across various sectors.

The Arctic Refuge Protection Act seeks to reinstate protections for the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge by repealing the 2017 law that opened the area to oil and gas development. It further designates approximately 1.5 million acres of the Refuge as wilderness, ensuring its preservation under the National Wilderness Preservation System. This area will be managed by the Secretary of the Interior in accordance with the Wilderness Act.

The "Modernizing Government Technology Reform Act" amends existing legislation to refine how government funds are used for IT modernization. It prioritizes projects that replace outdated IT systems, enhances cybersecurity, and improves government efficiency. The "Defend our Coast Act" prohibits the Secretary from issuing leases for oil or gas exploration, development, or production in the Mid-Atlantic Planning Area on the outer Continental Shelf. This act amends the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, specifically targeting areas defined in the 2024-2029 National Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Proposed Final Program.

The Southern California Coast and Ocean Protection Act prohibits the Department of Interior from issuing any new leases for oil and gas exploration, development, or production in the Southern California Planning Area. This area is defined by the 2024-2029 National Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Program. The bill amends the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to implement this prohibition.

The "Stop Arctic Ocean Drilling Act of 2025" prohibits the Department of Interior from issuing or extending leases for oil, natural gas, or mineral exploration and development in the Arctic areas of the outer Continental Shelf. This bill aims to prevent any further drilling in the Arctic region.

This resolution requests the President to submit documents and communications to the House of Representatives regarding the termination, reassignment, or administrative leave of federal employees and Inspectors General, particularly those influenced by Elon Musk or related to DEI roles.
