This bill eliminates the five-month waiting period for Social Security disability insurance benefits and waives the standard 24-month waiting period for Medicare coverage for these individuals. The Housing Supply Expansion Act of 2025 updates the federal definition of a manufactured home to include those built without a permanent chassis.
