The "Ensuring Accurate and Complete Abortion Data Reporting Act of 2025" mandates that states must submit comprehensive abortion data to the CDC to receive Medicaid funding for family planning services. This act aims to standardize abortion data collection nationwide by requiring the CDC to create a standard data collection worksheet, and ensure the publication of annual reports on abortion statistics. Penalties are in place for states that knowingly submit false information.

This resolution formally expresses the House of Representatives' support for the "Day of Tears" to mourn the estimated 62 million unborn lives lost since 1973. It encourages the lowering of United States flags to half-staff on January 22nd each year to honor these lives. Furthermore, the resolution urges state legislatures to pass laws affirming the sanctity of life and improving abortion data collection.

The "Protecting Life on College Campus Act of 2025" aims to prevent federal funds from going to colleges and universities that offer abortion drugs or abortions through school-based service sites. To remain eligible for federal funding, these institutions must annually certify that their campus clinics do not provide abortion drugs or abortions, with specific exceptions for procedures intended to save a mother's life. The term "abortion drug" is defined as any drug used to intentionally kill an unborn child or terminate a pregnancy. This act does not apply to hospitals.

The "Reining In Federal Licensing Enforcement Act of 2025" or the "RIFLE Act of 2025" aims to reform the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) by modifying penalties for Federal firearms licensees who commit civil violations, changing the process for license applications, and defining "willfully" in the context of firearms license violations. The bill also requires the Attorney General to reconsider denied firearm license applications based on the new rules, establish formal inspection standards, and limit the use of firearms purchaser information. Additionally, it provides opportunities to cure violations after the acquisition of a firearms business and sets standards for criminal violations of recordkeeping requirements.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to fix the number of Supreme Court justices at nine. For this amendment to be valid, three-fourths of the state legislatures must ratify it within seven years of its submission.

The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025 amends the Immigration and Nationality Act, clarifying that individuals born in the U.S. are citizens if at least one parent is a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or an alien with lawful status serving in the armed forces. The "No Retaining Every Gun In a System That Restricts Your Rights Act" mandates the Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to destroy all firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses within 90 days of enactment. It also eliminates the requirement for these businesses to send these records to the Attorney General. Finally, the Act requires the Director of the ATF to submit a report to Congress detailing the number of records destroyed.

The "Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to deem aliens inadmissible and deportable if they have committed or admitted to acts constituting sex offenses, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse, or violating protection orders. It broadens the definition of crimes against children to include any crime constituting domestic violence.

The "No Child Tax Credit for Illegals Act of 2025" amends the tax code to require both the taxpayer and qualifying child to have a social security number to claim the child tax credit. The social security number must be issued by the Social Security Administration to a U.S. citizen or someone authorized to work in the United States. Failure to include a valid social security number will be treated as a mathematical error. This requirement applies to tax years beginning after the enactment of this law.

The Offshore Lands Authorities Act of 2025 nullifies previous presidential actions that withdrew unleased offshore lands from mineral leasing and limits the president's authority to withdraw such lands in the future. It sets acreage and time limits on withdrawals, mandates resource assessments and congressional notification, and establishes a process for Congress to disapprove withdrawals. The Act prioritizes resource assessments of withdrawn lands, emphasizing economic, energy, and national security value, and ensures withdrawals do not conflict with scheduled lease sales.

The Healthy SNAP Act of 2025 amends the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to revise the definition of "food" under SNAP. It excludes items like alcohol, tobacco, soft drinks, candy, ice cream, and prepared desserts from SNAP eligibility. The Act directs the Secretary to designate eligible foods based on nutritional value, public health, and cultural eating patterns, with regular reviews to update the list. It also allows for culturally relevant food substitutions with state approval, ensuring nutritional equivalence.

The SHOW UP Act of 2025 mandates that Executive agencies revert to pre-pandemic telework policies and levels from December 31, 2019, within 30 days. Further telework expansion is prohibited until agencies submit a study to Congress on the impacts of telework during the pandemic, along with a plan certified by the Director of the Office of Personnel Management. This plan must demonstrate positive effects on the agency's mission, cost reduction, and adequate resources for teleworkers, and agencies cannot implement telework expansion plans without the Director's certification. The Act aims to address concerns about the impact of expanded telework on agency performance, costs, and workforce distribution.

The Veterans Member Business Loan Act amends the Federal Credit Union Act to include loans to veterans as member business loans. The term "veteran" will be defined according to title 38, section 101 of the U.S. Code. This change aims to support veteran entrepreneurship by increasing their access to capital through credit unions. The changes will be effective six months after the enactment of this Act.

The Old Glory Only Act prohibits the Secretary of State from allowing any flag other than the United States flag to be flown over U.S. diplomatic and consular posts. Formally, this bill is named the "Old Glory Only Act".

The Hearing Protection Act aims to remove silencers from the purview of the National Firearms Act (NFA) by treating them similarly to standard firearms under federal tax law. This legislation preempts certain state and local taxes and registration requirements related to silencers involved in interstate commerce. Furthermore, the bill mandates the destruction of existing federal silencer registration records and updates federal marking requirements for manufacturers.

The "Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act" repeals the Corporate Transparency Act, eliminating the requirement for companies to report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). It also makes necessary technical adjustments to Title 31 of the United States Code, specifically sections related to financial recordkeeping and reporting of currency and foreign transactions, to reflect the repeal.

The "Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025" amends Title IX to prohibit schools receiving federal funds from allowing males to participate in female athletic programs. Sex is defined as based on reproductive biology and genetics at birth. The bill allows males to train with female teams if it doesn't deprive females of opportunities. It also requires a study on the benefits lost to women when males participate in female sports.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for United Nations Human Rights Council Act" prohibits the State Department from using U.S. taxpayer dollars to support the United Nations Human Rights Council. This is achieved by withholding funds from the U.S. contribution to the UN regular budget and by prohibiting voluntary contributions to the council. Any funds withheld will be rescinded and not treated as debt.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for the World Health Organization Act" prohibits the United States from providing any mandatory or voluntary funding to the World Health Organization. This prohibition begins on the date the Act is enacted.

The "Repeal the NFA Act" aims to eliminate the National Firearms Act (NFA). This bill would remove all regulations, taxes, and registration requirements imposed by the NFA on certain firearms and devices. By repealing the NFA, the bill seeks to deregulate the ownership and transfer of items currently covered under the NFA.
