This involves implementing new research, developing centralized databases and mode-specific policies for information sharing, and updating training and awareness materials informed by survivors. The Act also establishes a continuous public awareness campaign and creates a grant program to fund prevention efforts by various transportation stakeholders.

The NLRB Stability Act aims to create greater consistency in labor law enforcement by requiring National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) orders to align with decisions from the relevant Circuit Court of Appeals. This legislation also streamlines the process for judicial review by mandating that challenges to NLRB orders be filed in the circuit where the unfair labor practice occurred or the D.C. Circuit.

This bill extends the temporary enhanced premium tax credits under the Internal Revenue Code for two additional years, through 2027. The legislation mandates that federal authorities deny or revoke credentials for those convicted of offenses related to human trafficking under federal, state, local, or tribal law.

The Keep Main Street Open Act establishes an emergency loan program through the Small Business Administration (SBA) to support eligible businesses during a government shutdown. These covered loans will cover estimated losses incurred due to the shutdown, feature a low interest rate of one percent, and must be repaid within one year after the shutdown concludes. This measure aims to provide immediate financial relief to small businesses affected by federal funding lapses.

The Fairness for Fruits and Vegetables Act of 2025 establishes an interagency working group to monitor trade data related to seasonal and perishable produce. This group will coordinate on potential trade actions and consult with domestic producers to identify import threats. Ultimately, the working group will recommend assistance programs to support U.S. fruit and vegetable growers.

The Personnel Oversight and Shift Tracking Act of 2025, or POST Act, aims to enhance accountability for contract security personnel protecting federal facilities. It mandates improved data collection from covert testing, requiring mandatory training for staff who fail these tests. Furthermore, the Act requires the Federal Protective Service to evaluate and modernize its system for tracking security personnel shifts and reporting coverage gaps to building tenants.

This Act mandates that covered entities must quarterly disclose detailed job impacts—including layoffs, hires, and retraining—resulting from the integration of Artificial Intelligence to the Secretary of Labor. The Department of Labor will then publish quarterly reports summarizing these national AI-related employment trends. The bill also directs the Secretary to establish regulations for applying these reporting requirements to certain non-publicly-traded companies.

The Small Businesses before Bureaucrats Act updates the dollar thresholds the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) uses to determine jurisdiction over certain labor disputes. This legislation significantly increases the initial threshold for 2026 and mandates annual adjustments based on the Personal Consumption Expenditure Per Capita Index thereafter. The goal is to reduce the NLRB's involvement in smaller labor disputes.

The Eviction Helpline Act mandates the establishment of a dedicated hotline to provide assistance and information regarding eviction matters. This helpline will specifically serve tenants residing in covered federally assisted rental dwelling units. The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development is responsible for setting up this service within one year of the Act's enactment.

The Deporting Fraudsters Act of 2025 amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to establish new grounds for inadmissibility and deportability. This legislation targets aliens convicted of, admitting to, or conspiring to commit offenses involving defrauding the U.S. Government or unlawfully receiving federal, state, or local public benefits. The goal is to ensure that individuals who commit such fraud cannot enter or remain in the United States.

This Act, the Ideologically Motivated Violence Accountability Act, establishes the victim's actual or perceived political or religious beliefs as a new aggravating factor for imposing the death penalty in federal cases. It targets violence intended to intimidate or silence individuals based on their lawful beliefs. The bill also mandates adjustments to federal sentencing guidelines to reflect this new aggravating factor.

The Union Members Right to Know Act amends the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act to require labor organizations to provide members with detailed information regarding their rights under federal law. This bill mandates that unions disclose summaries of the LMRDA, religious accommodation rights regarding dues, and *Beck* rights to all members. Furthermore, it restricts the use of member funds for non-representational activities unless the member provides specific, time-limited written authorization.

This bill grants the President the authority to extend nondiscriminatory trade treatment (normal trade relations) to products from specific countries. This action would terminate the application of Title IV of the Trade Act of 1974 for those designated countries. The authority applies to all countries except Belarus, Cuba, and North Korea.
