The "Coin Metal Modification Authorization and Cost Savings Act of 2025" allows the U.S. Mint to alter the composition of circulating coins if it lowers costs, maintains coin compatibility with machines, and minimizes public impact. Any proposed changes require a Mint study, Congressional notification, and justification, and Congress can block the changes. The budgetary effects of the act will be determined by the Chairman of the House Budget Committee.

The Investing in Rural America Act of 2025 amends the Farm Credit Act of 1971, enabling Farm Credit System institutions to finance essential community facilities in rural areas, with a limit of 15% of their total outstanding loans. These institutions must offer participation in financing to other domestic lenders, especially community banks, and report these offers to the Farm Credit Administration. The Farm Credit Administration will then provide an annual report to Congress on these activities. This amendment aims to support rural development by leveraging the resources of the Farm Credit System.

The Guard and Reserve GI Bill Parity Act of 2025 expands Post-9/11 GI Bill eligibility to National Guard members performing specific full-time duties. This expansion applies to service performed on or after September 11, 2001. The changes will take effect one year after the enactment of this Act, with the time limitation for using educational assistance applied as if enacted immediately after the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008.

This bill designates the General George C. Marshall House in Virginia as an affiliated area of the National Park System to promote awareness of George C. Marshall, Jr.'s historical significance. The George C. Marshall International Center will manage the affiliated area, with the Secretary of the Interior authorized to provide technical and financial assistance. This designation does not grant the Secretary of Interior authority to acquire property or assume financial responsibility for the house's operation.

The "Independent and Objective Oversight of Ukrainian Assistance Act" establishes an Office of the Special Inspector General to independently audit and investigate programs and operations receiving U.S. aid to Ukraine. The Special Inspector General will be responsible for monitoring how funds are spent, preventing waste and fraud, and reporting findings to Congress and relevant agencies. The act authorizes \$20,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 to carry out the act and rescinds \$20,000,000 from the Ukraine Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024. The office will terminate 180 days after unspent funds for Ukraine's reconstruction fall below \$250,000,000, at which point a final audit report to Congress will be submitted.

The "Protecting Our Children in an AI World Act of 2025" aims to combat AI-generated child pornography by removing an affirmative defense related to child pornography. It broadens the definition of "sexually explicit conduct" to include simulated obscene exhibitions. The Act ensures that if any part is deemed unconstitutional, the remaining sections will still be enforced.

The Wyoming Public Lands Initiative Act of 2025 designates several wilderness areas and releases certain Wilderness Study Areas for other uses, including motorized recreation. It establishes the Dubois Badlands National Conservation Area and the Dubois Motorized Recreation Area, along with several Special Management Areas aimed at enhancing natural and recreational values. The Act also mandates land transfer studies and the creation of implementation teams for land management and recreation in specific counties. Finally, the bill requires studies for potential motorized recreation areas in Hot Springs and Washakie Counties.

The "Safe and Affordable Drugs from Canada Act of 2025" allows individuals to import prescription drugs from approved Canadian pharmacies under specific conditions, including a valid U.S. prescription and adherence to quality and safety standards. The imported drugs must be for personal use, up to a 90-day supply, and must match the U.S.-approved version in active ingredients, dosage, and strength. Certain types of drugs, like controlled substances and biological products, are excluded from importation. The Secretary will establish and maintain a list of approved Canadian pharmacies that meet strict criteria to ensure drug safety and quality.

The PIIA Reform Act aims to reduce improper payments and fraud within federal programs by establishing an "Overpayment Czar," expanding the scope of improper payment identification, and implementing penalties for non-compliant agencies. It mandates agencies to submit annual reports to Congress detailing progress in financial controls, fraud risk identification, and strategies to curb fraud. The Act also promotes state investment in payment integrity systems and modifies data sharing protocols to prevent improper payments.

The Land and Water Conservation Fund Water Amendments Act of 2025 amends Title 54 of the U.S. Code to include water quality improvement projects in state outdoor recreation plans. It authorizes the Secretary to provide financial assistance to states for water quality projects aimed at restoring impaired bodies of water by improving natural hydrological systems to reduce nutrient loads. This act ensures collaboration with the EPA Administrator and specifies that it does not expand federal authority over nonnavigable waters or authorize the Secretary to regulate water quality projects.

The INFORM Act of 2025 mandates that the Postal Service must submit planned changes to postal services to the Postal Regulatory Commission for review. The Postal Service is also required to post notices in post offices regarding these changes, including details, timelines, and opportunities for public comment. These notices must be displayed for at least 30 days after the change is implemented.

The "Defund Government-Sponsored Propaganda Act" eliminates all federal funding for the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and National Public Radio (NPR). Funds slated for these organizations will instead be used to reduce the national debt for fiscal years 2025-2027.

The "Ensuring Continuity in Veterans Health Act" prioritizes uninterrupted healthcare for veterans. It amends the Veterans Community Care Program to specifically consider continuity of care when making decisions about veterans' healthcare services. This ensures veterans can maintain consistent relationships with healthcare providers and receive seamless, ongoing treatment.

The Scientific EXPERT Act of 2025 aims to improve drug development for rare diseases by mandating science-focused meetings. These meetings, organized by the Reagan-Udall Foundation, will bring together experts to discuss challenges and opportunities in developing treatments for specific rare diseases. The FDA will participate in these meetings, and meeting outcomes will be published to inform future drug development efforts. The Act allocates funding for these meetings and requires reports to Congress on their impact.

The CHAMPVA Children's Care Protection Act of 2025 amends the eligibility requirements for the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA). This bill increases the maximum age for children eligible for medical care under CHAMPVA to the child's 26th birthday, regardless of marital status. It does not limit eligibility for children who are incapable of self-support because of a mental or physical disability.

This bill directs the Secretary of the Interior to remove all deed restrictions, including easements and covenants, from a 3.62-acre parcel of land that was once part of the Paducah Memorial Army Reserve Center and previously conveyed to the City of Paducah, Kentucky.

The "Hire Veterans Act" establishes a pilot program to help veterans find jobs within Federal land management agencies. This program includes skills assessments, training, and potential noncompetitive appointments for veterans. The goal is to match veterans' skills with positions in areas like outdoor recreation and firefighting, while also requiring annual reports to Congress on the program's progress. The program will last for five years.

The "Supporting Adopted Children and Families Act" aims to improve the well-being of adopted children and their families by providing comprehensive pre- and post-adoption support services. It directs states to utilize savings from reduced foster care payments towards these support services and establishes a federal grant program for post-adoption mental health services. The act also mandates the collection and analysis of data on adoption disruptions and dissolutions to better understand and address the challenges faced by adopted children and their families. Finally, it establishes clear effective dates for the implementation of the Act's various provisions, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance across states and tribal organizations.

The Subterranean Border Defense Act mandates annual reports on efforts to counter illicit cross-border tunnel operations.
