It mandates the flag's display at various federal locations on specific holidays, including Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, and Veterans Day. The bill requires relevant departments to establish regulations for flag display and directs the General Services Administration to procure and distribute the flags.

The Women's Protection in Telehealth Act amends the Social Security Act to exclude individuals or entities from Medicare if they provide abortion-inducing drugs via telehealth. To be eligible for Medicare, a physician must physically examine the patient, be present during the drug's administration, and schedule an in-person follow-up within 14 days. This exclusion is permanent and not subject to standard waivers.

The DHS Biodetection Improvement Act requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to assess and report on the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) utilization of Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratories and sites for research and development related to DHS missions. This includes identifying biodetection technologies, developing acquisition plans for BioWatch jurisdictions, evaluating technology gaps, and assisting in developing program requirements for future DHS biodetection programs. The Secretary must submit an initial assessment and strategy within 180 days of enactment, followed by an update within one year, to the House and Senate Homeland Security Committees.

The "Age 21 Act" aims to regulate firearm sales and possession by individuals under 21 years of age. It defines specific types of firearms, including "semiautomatic assault weapons," and prohibits licensed dealers from selling these firearms or large capacity ammunition feeding devices to individuals under 21. The act also restricts the possession of handguns, semiautomatic assault weapons, and related ammunition by those under 21, with certain exceptions for activities like employment, military service, or self-defense.

The "Protect America's Lands Act" prevents national securities exchanges from handling transactions of securities issued by "natural asset companies." These companies manage land for conservation and aim to enhance the value of natural assets and ecosystem services. The bill defines specific criteria for what constitutes a "natural asset company" to ensure the prohibition is appropriately applied.

This resolution celebrates the 100th anniversary of Delta Air Lines, acknowledging its historical roots as the first aerial crop-dusting company and its evolution into a major global airline. It recognizes Delta's significant impact on connecting people worldwide, its commitment to community, and its achievements in service and reliability.

The "Promoting American Patriotism In Our Schools Act" mandates that schools receiving federal funds must require daily Pledge of Allegiance recitation, prominently display the U.S. flag in classrooms and gyms, and provide education on the flag's history. Individuals can abstain from reciting the Pledge for religious or personal reasons. Non-compliant schools will face enforcement by the Secretary.

The AIMM Act permanently extends a tax provision related to how businesses calculate their interest expense deductions. This extension allows businesses to include depreciation, amortization, and depletion when determining the limitation on business interest expenses. This change applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2021. Formally, the bill is called the American Investment in Manufacturing and Main Street Act.

The "President Jimmy Carter Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the posthumous presentation of a Congressional Gold Medal to former President Jimmy Carter in recognition of his dedicated service to the Nation. This medal, created by the Secretary of the Treasury, will be given to the Carter Center in Atlanta, Georgia, following the award ceremony. The Act also permits the creation and sale of bronze duplicates of the gold medal to the public and authorizes the United States Mint to use its Public Enterprise Fund to cover the costs of producing the medals.

The "Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Museum Artifacts Act" authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to grant up to $50,000,000 to the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Foundation for establishing the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in Medora, North Dakota. The grant is contingent upon the Foundation securing $100,000,000 in matching funds from non-federal sources. The Act also allows the Secretary to loan federal artifacts and objects to the Foundation for use in the Library.

The Venezuelan Adjustment Act allows eligible Venezuelan nationals who have been in the U.S. since December 31, 2021, to apply for lawful permanent resident status, providing a pathway to citizenship for those who meet specific requirements and pass background checks. Certain grounds for inadmissibility will not apply when determining an alien's admissibility. The Department of Homeland Security will oversee the application process, with decisions not subject to court review except for constitutional claims or questions of law. This adjustment of status does not reduce the number of immigrant visas available under existing immigration laws.

The Modernizing Retrospective Regulatory Review Act aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of federal regulations by leveraging technology in retrospective reviews. It mandates a report on the availability of regulations in machine-readable format and requires the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to issue guidance on using technology for these reviews. Furthermore, each agency must submit a retrospective review plan detailing their strategy for implementing the technology guidance. Ultimately, this act seeks to streamline regulatory processes, reduce burdens, and ensure regulations are up-to-date and effective.

This bill designates March as Autoimmune Awareness Month to increase public knowledge of autoimmune diseases, the need for research funding, and the importance of accurate diagnosis and treatment. It supports efforts by healthcare providers, patient advocates, and education groups to raise awareness and increase research funding for autoimmune diseases, which affect up to 50 million Americans, predominantly women.

The "Regional Leadership in Wildland Fire Research Act of 2025" establishes a network of regional wildland fire research centers across the country, coordinated by a National Center Coordination Board, to improve the understanding, management, and mitigation of wildland fires. These centers will focus on research, technology development, and data sharing to support wildland fire management agencies and communities. The Act authorizes specific appropriations for the centers and the board to facilitate their operations and research activities. It also emphasizes collaboration and open access to data, ensuring that research findings are widely available to inform decision-making and improve public safety.

The "USA FIRST Act" redirects unspent funds from the United States Agency for International Development to the Disaster Relief Fund. This fund supports the Stafford Act, which provides aid for major disasters.

The Dennis and Lois Krisfalusy Act expands eligibility for Department of Veterans Affairs headstones, markers, and burial receptacles. This bill removes the restriction that an individual must have died on or after November 11, 1998, to be eligible.

The Filipino Veterans Family Reunification Act of 2025, exempts individuals from immigrant visa limits if they are eligible for visas under the Immigration and Nationality Act and have a parent who naturalized under specific sections of past immigration laws related to Filipino veterans. This act aims to facilitate the reunification of families of Filipino veterans who served during World War II.

The PATHS Act extends a pilot program to support research and development for homeland security technologies until 2028. It requires congressional notification for AI-related transactions and lowers the contract award threshold for program applicability. Formally, the bill is called the "Producing Advanced Technologies for Homeland Security Act" or the "PATHS Act."
