The act prioritizes retaining unvaccinated members, limits consideration of vaccination status for assignments, requires a COVID-19 vaccine exemption process, and terminates bonus repayment obligations for those separated due to vaccine refusal.

The Hearing Protection Act aims to remove silencers from the purview of the National Firearms Act (NFA) by treating them similarly to standard firearms under federal tax law. Sex is defined as based on reproductive biology and genetics at birth. The bill allows males to train with female teams if it doesn't deprive females of opportunities. It also requires a study on the benefits lost to women when males participate in female sports.

The Fair Milk Pricing for Farmers Act requires dairy manufacturers to report their production costs and product yield information. The Secretary will then publish a report every two years with the collected data, starting three years after the law's enactment. This aims to increase transparency in dairy processing costs.

The Legal Workforce Act mandates employers to verify employees' work eligibility through a federal verification system, requires the use of secure identity authentication technologies, and increases penalties for hiring unauthorized workers. It establishes a federal employment eligibility verification system, preempts state laws on employment eligibility verification, and protects employers from liability if they act in good faith based on the system's information. The Act also includes measures to prevent fraud and misuse of documents and Social Security numbers, and requires audits to identify unauthorized workers.

The "REMAIN in Mexico Act of 2025" mandates the Secretary of Homeland Security to reinstate and enforce the Migrant Protection Protocols, as previously outlined in the 2019 Policy Guidance. This requires migrants and asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while awaiting U.S. immigration proceedings.

The "Dairy Farm Resiliency Act" amends the Agricultural Act of 2014 to improve the Dairy Margin Coverage program. The "National Law Enforcement Officers Remembrance, Support and Community Outreach Act" aims to support the National Law Enforcement Museum's programs for community outreach, public education, and officer safety and wellness through grants to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. The act authorizes \$6,000,000 to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior for each of the first 7 fiscal years after the law is enacted. The GLRI Act of 2025 reauthorizes the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative, which aims to protect and restore the Great Lakes ecosystem. The act allocates $500 million annually from 2027 through 2031 to support this initiative.

The "Abolish the ATF Act" eliminates the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). This would effectively end the ATF's regulatory and enforcement powers over alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and explosives.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the number of terms a member of Congress can serve. Representatives would be limited to 3 terms and Senators to 2 terms, with specific rules for partial terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not be counted. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to be valid.

The FIND Act prohibits federal agencies from contracting with entities that discriminate against the firearm and ammunition industry. It requires federal contractors to certify they do not discriminate against firearm entities and prohibits them from awarding subcontracts to entities that do not provide a similar certification. Violations of these clauses will result in contract termination. This act aims to increase transparency and accountability within the Federal Reserve System by repealing audit limitations.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment mandating a balanced federal budget, requiring that government spending not exceed income unless a supermajority in Congress approves. It also necessitates a supermajority to increase the national debt and a majority vote to raise revenue. The amendment includes exceptions for declared wars or serious military threats and would take effect five years after ratification, tasking Congress with its enforcement.

The Land And Social Security Optimization Act (LASSO Act) directs 10% of the revenue generated from activities on public lands managed by the Department of the Interior and the Forest Service to be deposited into the Social Security Trust Fund annually. This act does not authorize increasing prices for activities on public lands, nor does it reduce funds available to states, Indian Tribes, territories, or local governments from revenue generated on public lands.

The "No Congressional Funds for Sanctuary Cities Act" prohibits federal funds from being used for congressional earmarks that benefit sanctuary jurisdictions, defined as those with laws or practices that prevent cooperation with federal immigration enforcement, with exceptions for victims and witnesses of crimes. This act will be effective starting in fiscal year 2026.
