The "Miracle on Ice Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the presentation of three Congressional Gold Medals to honor the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team for their historic "Miracle on Ice" victory. These medals will be given to the Lake Placid Olympic Center, the United States Hockey Hall of Fame, and the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum for public display. The Act also allows for the creation and sale of bronze duplicates to fund the medal production.

The ALERT Act, or All Economic Regulations are Transparent Act, aims to increase transparency in federal rule-making by requiring agencies to submit detailed monthly reports on upcoming regulations to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA). OIRA will then publish this information online, including cost-benefit analyses, potential economic impacts, and scientific data, and create an annual cumulative assessment. The Act also stipulates that a rule cannot take effect until information about it has been publicly available on the internet for at least 6 months, with certain exceptions. Ultimately, the goal of the ALERT Act is to provide the public with more accessible and comprehensive information about proposed and finalized rules.

The "Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act" mandates that individuals provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. It amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to include these requirements and directs states to reject applications lacking such proof. The Act also outlines acceptable forms of documentation, verification processes, and penalties for non-compliance, while allowing provisional ballots under certain conditions. Additionally, the Department of Homeland Security must notify state election officials when an individual becomes a naturalized citizen.

The Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025 aims to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and countering its support for terrorism by imposing sanctions on those involved in Iran's energy sector and those who provide financial support for its destabilizing activities. It mandates sanctions on foreign entities involved in processing, exporting, or selling Iranian oil, gas, and petrochemicals, while also establishing an interagency working group to coordinate and enforce these sanctions. The Act also amends existing legislation to require the identification of individuals involved in sanctionable activities or sanctions evasion related to Iranian oil and gas sales.

The "Save Our Sequoias Act" aims to protect giant sequoia groves from wildfires, insects, and drought by streamlining environmental review processes for emergency response projects, establishing a collaborative coalition, and creating a reforestation strategy. This act directs the Secretary to create agreements, assessments, and strike teams to address threats to giant sequoias on both public and National Forest System lands. It also establishes grant programs and amends existing laws to support these efforts, including stewardship contracting and good neighbor agreements. Finally, the act authorizes appropriations for these protection and restoration activities.

The "CBO Scoring Accountability Act" requires the Director of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) to analyze major legislation for the first 10 years after enactment, including estimates of costs, revenue changes, and comparisons against previous estimates. It mandates a report to Congress if discrepancies between actual costs/revenue and prior estimates exceed 10 percent, ensuring transparency and accountability in legislative financial impacts. Federal departments and agencies are required to provide the CBO director with the information necessary to conduct these analysis. "Major legislation" is defined as any bill projected to result in mandatory spending or federal revenue changes equal to or greater than 0.25 percent of the current projected gross domestic product of the United States for that year.

The Stephen Hacala Poppy Seed Safety Act aims to prevent deaths and health risks associated with contaminated poppy seeds by directing the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish maximum acceptable levels of morphine, codeine, and other illicit compounds in poppy seeds. Poppy seeds exceeding these levels will be deemed adulterated and prohibited from entering interstate commerce. The Act clarifies that contaminated poppy seeds are not exempt from regulation under the Controlled Substances Act. This legislation seeks to address the dangers of opiate contamination in poppy seeds, highlighted by multiple overdose deaths and health concerns.

The CARE Act of 2025 mandates a Medicare program model that allows payment for ground ambulance services that respond to emergencies, even if transport to a hospital is not required. Before implementation, correctional facilities must consult with local law enforcement and notify the Bureau of Prisons.

The "Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act" enables individuals with valid concealed carry permits or the legal right to carry concealed firearms in their home state to do so across state lines, provided they are not federally prohibited from possessing firearms and carry a valid photo ID. This law respects private and state/local government restrictions on firearms, protects individuals from unwarranted arrest, and allows legal action for violations of these rights. It also permits concealed carry in National Parks and other federal lands open to the public and clarifies that handguns include magazines and ammunition.

The Air America Act of 2025 authorizes the Director of the CIA to award payments to former employees of Air America and affiliated companies who supported the U.S. government between 1950 and 1976, or to their survivors. Eligible individuals or their survivors could receive up to $40,000 for five years of qualifying service, with additional amounts for longer service, with a cap on total awards at $60 million. The Act establishes application procedures, limitations on attorney fees, and prohibits judicial review of the Director's decisions, while also requiring regular reports to Congress on the status of the award payments. This act does not qualify anyone for federal benefits like retirement, disability, or death benefits.

This bill aims to enhance security along the southern border by constructing roads, increasing access for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and allowing temporary placement of structures by border states. It also seeks to mitigate environmental damage on federal lands caused by illegal activities through initiatives focused on reducing trash, preventing wildfires, and remediating contamination. The "No Industrial Restrictions in Secret Act of 2025" or "No IRIS Act of 2025" prevents the EPA Administrator from utilizing assessments produced by the EPA's Integrated Risk Information System program. This prohibition extends to developing regulations, enforcement actions, permitting, and informing air toxics assessments.

The Rural Health Care Facility Technical Assistance Program Act expands and codifies a Department of Agriculture program to provide technical assistance and training to rural health care facilities. This program aims to improve financial stability, prevent closures, and strengthen health care delivery in rural areas. The Act authorizes up to $2,000,000 annually from 2026-2030 for these activities and requires annual reports to Congress. It prioritizes outreach to facilities at risk and those serving underserved populations.

This bill expresses support for designating February 15-22, 2025, as "National FFA Week," celebrating the National FFA Organization's role in developing future leaders through agricultural education.
