The STOP CSAM Act of 2025 significantly strengthens protections for child victims and witnesses in federal court by expanding definitions of harm and restricting the public disclosure of their identities. The Terrorist Inadmissibility Codification Act explicitly names officials and members of Hamas, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, Palestine Islamic Jihad, and ISIS as inadmissible to the United States. This legislation broadens existing immigration security provisions to clearly bar individuals associated with these designated terrorist organizations.
