This bill redesignates the Great Falls Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge and Overlook Park within the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park in honor of Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. The facilities will be renamed the Bill Pascrell, Jr. Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge and the Bill Pascrell, Jr. Overlook Park, respectively. Any reference to the former names in any law, map, regulation, document, or record of the United States shall be considered a reference to the new names.

The ACES Act mandates a National Academies study on cancer prevalence and mortality among veterans who served as active duty aircrew, identifying potential links between military exposures and cancer rates. Additionally, it extends certain limits on pension payments to December 31, 2031.

The FACTS Act addresses synthetic opioid misuse among secondary school students through several key strategies: establishing a pilot grant program for educational agencies and health organizations, creating an interagency task force to develop a national prevention strategy, amending the Elementary and Secondary Education Act to enhance school-based prevention efforts, expanding data collection on drug access in schools, and increasing access to overdose reversal medications while improving data collection on youth drug use.

The "Prove It Act of 2025" aims to reduce regulatory burdens on small businesses by requiring agencies to consider indirect costs when creating new rules, allowing small businesses to petition for reviews of agency certifications, and mandating agencies to publish guidance documents and allow comments on rules with a significant economic impact on small businesses. Additionally, the Act amends the periodic review process for rules, requiring agencies to consider indirect costs and providing a mechanism for the Small Business Administration to address rules not reviewed within a 10-year period. The Act specifies that no additional funds will be allocated for its implementation.

The "Miracle on Ice Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the presentation of three Congressional Gold Medals to honor the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team for their historic "Miracle on Ice" victory. These medals will be given to the Lake Placid Olympic Center, the United States Hockey Hall of Fame, and the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum for public display. The Act also allows for the creation and sale of bronze duplicates to fund the medal production.

Hammers' Law amends title 46 of the United States Code to extend liability limitations regarding damages to include cruise ship voyages. It defines "cruise ship" and "nonpecuniary damages" within the context of these limitations. The law modifies section 30307 of title 46, changing the title to "Limitations in certain cases" to reflect these updates.

The "Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act" mandates that individuals provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. It amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to include these requirements and directs states to reject applications lacking such proof. The Act also outlines acceptable forms of documentation, verification processes, and penalties for non-compliance, while allowing provisional ballots under certain conditions. Additionally, the Department of Homeland Security must notify state election officials when an individual becomes a naturalized citizen.

The "DHS Basic Training Accreditation Improvement Act of 2025" mandates the Secretary of Homeland Security to provide annual reports to Congress on the accreditation status of all basic training programs within the Department of Homeland Security. It mandates sanctions on foreign entities involved in processing, exporting, or selling Iranian oil, gas, and petrochemicals, while also establishing an interagency working group to coordinate and enforce these sanctions. The Act also amends existing legislation to require the identification of individuals involved in sanctionable activities or sanctions evasion related to Iranian oil and gas sales.

The "Invest to Protect Act of 2025" establishes a grant program within the Department of Justice to provide resources to local law enforcement agencies with fewer than 175 officers. These grants can be used for de-escalation training, mental health support for officers, officer recruitment and retention, and other community safety programs. The Act prioritizes a streamlined grant application process and emphasizes accountability and transparency in the use of funds, with \$50 million authorized annually from 2027 through 2031.

The TAKE IT DOWN Act aims to combat the spread of nonconsensual intimate visual depictions, including deepfakes, online. It establishes criminal penalties for intentionally sharing such images without consent, with increased penalties for depictions involving minors. The Act also requires online platforms to create a process for users to report and request the removal of nonconsensual intimate visual depictions within 48 hours, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. It defines key terms related to consent, digital forgeries, and covered platforms, while also ensuring that the rest of the law remains valid if any part is deemed unenforceable.

The "1071 Repeal to Protect Small Business Lending Act" repeals Section 704B of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, eliminating requirements for financial institutions to collect and report data on small business loans. This aims to reduce compliance costs for financial institutions, particularly smaller ones like community banks and credit unions. The goal is to alleviate regulatory burdens and improve credit access for small businesses by removing these data collection requirements.

The "Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act" prohibits Federal Reserve Banks from offering financial products or services directly to individuals, maintaining accounts for individuals, or issuing a central bank digital currency (CBDC) directly or indirectly. It also blocks the Federal Reserve from testing, creating, or implementing a CBDC, or using it to implement monetary policy, without explicit congressional authorization. The bill clarifies that these restrictions do not apply to digital versions of the dollar that are open, permissionless, and private, like physical currency.

The Baby Changing on Board Act mandates that all new Amtrak passenger trains must include at least one baby changing table in a restroom per car, including an ADA-compliant restroom. These restrooms must have clear signs indicating the presence of the baby changing table. This ensures that passengers have access to diaper-changing facilities while traveling on Amtrak.

The "Reentry Act of 2025" amends Title XIX of the Social Security Act to allow states to provide Medicaid coverage to inmates in the 30 days before their release. It also requires the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission to submit a report to Congress analyzing health and safety standards in correctional facilities, the impact of this change, and recommendations for further action.

The SSI Savings Penalty Elimination Act updates the resource limits for the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program, increasing the individual limit to $10,000 and the couple's limit to $20,000 by 2025. After 2025, these limits will be adjusted annually for inflation based on the Consumer Price Index. This change aims to allow SSI recipients to save more without losing their eligibility for benefits.

This bill rescinds a waiver that allowed the transfer of funds from South Korea to Qatar, as well as any related licenses issued by the Treasury Department. It also prevents the President from reissuing similar waivers or licenses for the same purpose. Additionally, the bill prohibits the President from waiving restrictions or issuing licenses that would allow Iran to access or benefit from certain restricted accounts.

The "No Iranian Energy Act" amends the Iran Freedom and Counter-Proliferation Act of 2012 to impose sanctions on the sale, supply, or transfer of natural gas to or from Iran.
