The "Strengthening our Servicemembers with Milk Act" mandates that the Department of Defense provide diverse milk options, including flavored, organic, and lactose-free varieties, in military dining facilities. It also prohibits the purchase of milk from entities owned or controlled by foreign adversaries.

The "Heartbeat Protection Act of 2025" prohibits abortions if a fetal heartbeat is detectable, with exceptions only to save the mother's life or in reported cases of rape or incest. Physicians must check for a fetal heartbeat before performing an abortion and document the findings. Violators may face fines and/or imprisonment, but the mother cannot be prosecuted. The act does not override stricter state laws or create a right to abortion.

The "National Constitutional Carry Act" aims to protect the Second Amendment rights of individuals to carry firearms in public for self-defense, as affirmed by Supreme Court decisions. It prevents state and local governments from restricting the carrying of firearms by legal U.S. citizens, whether residents or non-residents, in any public place, with exceptions for private property where firearms are prohibited and places with firearm screening. This act asserts that any state or local laws conflicting with this provision will be rendered ineffective.

The "Small Business Investor Tax Parity Act of 2025" extends the qualified business income deduction to include certain interest dividends from qualified business development companies (BDCs), treating them similarly to real estate investment trust (REIT) dividends. This change allows investors in these BDCs to deduct a portion of their dividend income, provided the BDC elects to be treated as a regulated investment company. This provision is applicable for taxable years starting after December 31, 2026.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to fix the number of Supreme Court justices at nine. For this amendment to be valid, three-fourths of the state legislatures must ratify it within seven years of its submission.

The "Protecting First Responders from Secondary Exposure Act of 2025" aims to protect first responders from secondary exposure to fentanyl and other dangerous substances. The "Reining In Federal Licensing Enforcement Act of 2025" or the "RIFLE Act of 2025" aims to reform the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) by modifying penalties for Federal firearms licensees who commit civil violations, changing the process for license applications, and defining "willfully" in the context of firearms license violations. The bill also requires the Attorney General to reconsider denied firearm license applications based on the new rules, establish formal inspection standards, and limit the use of firearms purchaser information. Additionally, it provides opportunities to cure violations after the acquisition of a firearms business and sets standards for criminal violations of recordkeeping requirements.

This resolution formally expresses the House of Representatives' support for the "Day of Tears" to mourn the estimated 62 million unborn lives lost since 1973. It encourages the lowering of United States flags to half-staff on January 22nd each year to honor these lives. The "Protecting Americans Right To Silence Act of 2025" or the "PARTS Act of 2025" amends the definition of "firearm silencer" and "firearm muffler" under federal law. The updated definition includes any device designed to silence or muffle a portable firearm, whether attached directly or through other devices. It also includes the primary housing or structure for sound-reduction components of such devices.

The BEACH Act of 2025 reauthorizes funding for state and local programs that monitor coastal recreation water quality and notify the public of potential contamination. It broadens water quality monitoring to include upstream waters and allows grant funds to identify pollution sources. The act also extends the authorization of appropriations through 2029 and requires the EPA to update guidance on water contamination testing technology.

The ALIGN Act makes 100% expensing for qualified property permanent, applying to property placed in service after September 27, 2017. This amends sections of the Internal Revenue Code to reflect the change as if it were part of previous tax legislation.

The "Defending American Jobs and Investment Act" combats unfair foreign taxes by requiring reports on countries with extraterritorial or discriminatory taxes, mandating engagement with those countries to address these issues, and authorizing remedial actions such as increased tax rates and procurement prohibitions. The "No Retaining Every Gun In a System That Restricts Your Rights Act" mandates the Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to destroy all firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses within 90 days of enactment. It also eliminates the requirement for these businesses to send these records to the Attorney General. Finally, the Act requires the Director of the ATF to submit a report to Congress detailing the number of records destroyed.

The "Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to deem aliens inadmissible and deportable if they have committed or admitted to acts constituting sex offenses, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse, or violating protection orders. It broadens the definition of crimes against children to include any crime constituting domestic violence.

The "Make the Migrant Protection Protocols Mandatory Act of 2025" makes it mandatory for the Department of Homeland Security to implement the Migrant Protection Protocols, which require certain migrants to remain in a foreign country while awaiting immigration proceedings in the U.S. This is achieved by changing the language in the Immigration and Nationality Act from permissive to mandatory regarding the implementation of these protocols.

The "Restore Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability Act of 2025" aims to improve accountability within the VA by modifying procedures for disciplining VA supervisors, senior executives, and other employees for misconduct or poor performance. It expedites the disciplinary process, limits external review of disciplinary actions, and broadens the scope of employees subject to these procedures. The bill emphasizes the VA Secretary's authority in disciplinary matters, while also protecting whistleblowers. These changes apply retroactively to misconduct or performance issues dating back to the enactment of the Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act of 2017.

The NO GOTION Act aims to block green energy tax benefits for companies with connections to countries of concern, such as China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea. It denies specific tax credits and benefits to companies created, organized, or controlled by these countries, or by entities connected to them. This applies to various sections of the Internal Revenue Code related to green energy incentives. The changes will be effective for taxable years starting after the Act's enactment.
