The "No User Fees for Gun Owners Act" prohibits state and local governments from imposing taxes, fees, or insurance requirements on firearm or ammunition ownership and commerce. Regular sales taxes are permitted if applied at the same rate as other goods and services. This bill aims to protect gun owners and businesses from discriminatory financial burdens.

The "Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2025" extends increased Medicare payment support for physicians and practitioners through 2025. It increases payment rates by 6.62% for services provided from April 1, 2025, to January 1, 2026. The bill also updates a section of the Social Security Act to include the years 2021 through 2025 for conforming changes.

The Disaster Assistance Fairness Act amends the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to improve disaster relief for homeowners in common interest communities. It mandates the President to issue rules for debris removal from residential common interest communities after a major disaster if it poses a threat to life, public health, safety, or economic recovery. The Act also covers the repair of essential common elements in condominiums, manufactured housing communities, and housing cooperatives, provided an individual's share of the repair costs are documented. These changes apply to any major disaster or emergency declared on or after the enactment of this law.

This bill terminates the Department of Education, effectively eliminating the department on December 31, 2026.

The "PROTECTS Act of 2025" prohibits federal funds from being used for gender transition procedures for individuals under 18, including surgeries and hormone therapies, with exceptions for certain medical conditions and genetic disorders. The bill defines "sex" as biologically determined male or female based on reproductive systems.

The "Life at Conception Act" declares that the right to life, as guaranteed by the Constitution, is vested in each human being, both born and preborn, from fertilization onward. This act defines "human being" as every member of the species homo sapiens at all stages of life. Notably, the act specifies that no woman shall be prosecuted for the death of her unborn child.

The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospitalization and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child cannot be prosecuted. The bill also allows the woman who had the abortion to file a civil action against anyone who violated the act. It defines abortion and attempts at abortion, and renames "Partial-Birth Abortions" to "Abortions" in relevant sections of the U.S. Code.

The "Main Street Tax Certainty Act" amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently extend the deduction for qualified business income. This removes the previous expiration date, providing long-term tax certainty for eligible businesses. The change applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.

The "Protect Minors from Medical Malpractice Act of 2025" allows individuals under 18 who undergo gender-transition procedures to sue the medical practitioner who performed the procedure if they are injured as a result, with a 30-year window after turning 18 to bring a civil action. It also protects medical practitioners' freedom of conscience by prohibiting federal laws from requiring them to perform gender-transition procedures and prohibits federal funding to states that require medical practitioners to perform gender transition procedures. The act defines "gender-transition procedure" while providing exceptions for individuals with ambiguous biological sex characteristics or genetic/biochemical conditions affecting sex chromosomes or hormone production and treatments for infections, injuries, diseases, or disorders caused or worsened by gender-transition procedures, or procedures necessary to prevent imminent death or major bodily impairment as certified by a physician.

The "Wildlife Movement Through Partnerships Act of 2025" aims to improve wildlife connectivity by providing financial and technical assistance to enhance habitat in key movement areas. This will be achieved through grants to state and tribal agencies, research programs, and continued mapping efforts by the USGS. The Act prioritizes collaboration among federal, state, and tribal entities, and ensures that private property rights and existing land uses are protected. It reauthorizes funding for existing wildlife programs and establishes new initiatives to support wildlife migration and habitat conservation.

The "End Unaccountable Amnesty Act" seeks to reform immigration laws by requiring congressional approval for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designations and terminations, changing procedures for unaccompanied alien children, repealing cancellation of removal, restricting acceptable identification documents for air travel, and limiting the use of immigration parole. The bill also places restrictions on who can be granted special immigrant juvenile status. Furthermore, it sets a limit on the number of people who can be granted parole and requires a report to Congress on those granted parole.

The "Promoting Domestic Energy Production Act" revises the tax treatment of intangible drilling and development costs for oil and gas operations. It modifies how these costs are handled when calculating adjusted financial statement income, aligning depreciation and expense deductions more closely with taxable income standards. The "Protect Funding for Women's Health Care Act" redirects federal funds away from Planned Parenthood to other eligible entities that provide women's health services such as well-child care, prenatal and postpartum care, immunizations, and cancer screenings, particularly in underserved areas. This ensures continued access to comprehensive healthcare for women without reducing overall federal funding for women's health initiatives. The bill codifies that Planned Parenthood, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, or clinics, will not be eligible for these federal funds. It does not alter existing abortion-related funding restrictions.

The "Protecting Americans Right To Silence Act of 2025" or the "PARTS Act of 2025" amends the definition of "firearm silencer" and "firearm muffler" under federal law. The updated definition includes any device designed to silence or muffle a portable firearm, whether attached directly or through other devices. It also includes the primary housing or structure for sound-reduction components of such devices.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025" seeks to prohibit the use of federal funds for abortions and for health plans that cover abortions, while allowing individuals and entities to purchase separate abortion coverage with non-federal funds. It clarifies that premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) cannot be used for health plans that include abortion coverage. The Act also revises notice requirements for health plans, mandating clear disclosure of abortion coverage and any associated premium surcharges to enrollees. Exceptions to the funding restrictions are included for cases of rape, incest, or when the mother's life is in danger.

The Strengthening Pathways to Health Professions Act aims to encourage more individuals to enter the healthcare field by providing significant tax relief. This bill specifically makes certain loan repayments and scholarships received through various Public Health Service and state programs tax-free income. These changes apply to programs designed to increase the number of health professionals serving in underserved areas.

The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025 amends the Immigration and Nationality Act, clarifying that individuals born in the U.S. are citizens if at least one parent is a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or an alien with lawful status serving in the armed forces. This clarification applies to those born after the Act's enactment, ensuring that citizenship is tied to a parent's connection to the U.S. The bill specifies the criteria for being "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States for citizenship at birth.

The "Defending American Jobs and Investment Act" combats unfair foreign taxes by requiring reports on countries with extraterritorial or discriminatory taxes, mandating engagement with those countries to address these issues, and authorizing remedial actions such as increased tax rates and procurement prohibitions. This act aims to protect U.S. businesses and investments from discriminatory tax practices and ensure fair international trade.

The "Red Snapper Act of 2025" restricts the Secretary of Commerce from implementing area closures for snapper-grouper fisheries in the South Atlantic until the South Atlantic Great Red Snapper Count study is completed and its data is integrated into a red snapper stock assessment. This aims to ensure fishery management decisions are based on the most current data, potentially mitigating negative economic impacts on recreational fishing.
