The "Protecting Our Children in an AI World Act of 2025" aims to combat AI-generated child pornography by removing an affirmative defense related to child pornography. It broadens the definition of "sexually explicit conduct" to include simulated obscene exhibitions. The Act ensures that if any part is deemed unconstitutional, the remaining sections will still be enforced.

The "Alternatives to PAIN Act" amends Medicare Part D to improve access to non-opioid pain management drugs by waiving deductibles and ensuring they are placed on the lowest cost-sharing tier starting in 2026. The "Extending Limits of U.S. Customs Waters Act" updates the definition of "customs waters" to align with international law, Presidential Proclamation 5928, and Presidential Proclamation 7219. This bill prohibits the Big Cypress National Preserve in Florida from being designated as wilderness or included in the National Wilderness Preservation System. This ensures the area will not receive the specific protections and management guidelines associated with wilderness areas.

The "Future in Logging Careers Act" amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, defining "timber harvesting employer" and "mechanized timber harvesting employer". It modifies child labor provisions for 16 and 17-year-olds in hazardous logging occupations, except when employed by their parent or guardian. These provisions are applicable based on the type of timber harvesting activities performed by the employer.

The Blind Americans Return to Work Act of 2025 initiates a 20-year demonstration project aimed at helping blind Americans receiving Social Security disability benefits return to work. For the first 10 years, eligibility for benefits will be determined without considering substantial gainful activity, and benefits will be reduced based on earnings above a set amount, incentivizing employment without immediate loss of support. The project waives certain benefit requirements to facilitate successful employment, with participants having the option to opt out after the initial 10-year period. The Payment Choice Act of 2025 ensures that retail businesses accepting in-person payments cannot refuse cash for transactions under $500, preventing them from charging cash-paying customers more. It outlines specific exceptions, such as temporary system failures or providing fee-free cash-to-prepaid card converters, and allows for inactivity fees on prepaid cards under certain conditions. The bill also includes enforcement mechanisms, allowing customers to take legal action against businesses in violation and establishing penalties for non-compliance. For the first 5 years, businesses are only required to accept bills up to $20.

The "Freedom to Invest in Tomorrow's Workforce Act" amends Section 529 savings accounts to include expenses related to postsecondary credentialing programs. This allows 529 funds to cover costs like tuition, fees, books, supplies, and testing fees for recognized programs and credentials, as defined by the bill. These changes would apply to distributions made after the bill is enacted.

The Modern Authentication of Pharmaceuticals Act of 2025 aims to enhance the security of the pharmaceutical supply chain by requiring a physical chemical identifier on each dose of solid oral controlled substances manufactured five years after the law's enactment. It revises the definition of "product identifier" to include either a standardized graphic with specific information or a physical chemical identifier. The act also updates the definition of "verification" to include confirming product authenticity using the physical chemical identifier.

The CONSTRUCTS Act of 2025 aims to expand training and education opportunities for careers in residential construction by awarding competitive grants to junior and community colleges, as well as area career and technical education schools. These grants will support the creation or expansion of training programs, with a focus on serving rural areas and underserved populations, and will encourage partnerships with local construction businesses. The goal is to address workforce shortages in the residential construction industry and increase the availability of affordable housing. The Act allocates $20 million per fiscal year from 2026 to 2030 for these initiatives.

The "Marc Fischer Memorial Act" aims to combat the flow of synthetic drugs, particularly fentanyl, into Federal prisons through the mail. It mandates the Director of the Bureau of Prisons to develop and implement a strategy to equip all Federal correctional facilities with the technology and processes needed to scan mail, protect staff and inmates, and ensure timely delivery of mail copies while maintaining legal mail privileges. The strategy includes assessing current practices, identifying necessary resources, and providing a budgetary proposal for implementation, with ongoing reporting to Congress on its effectiveness.

The "Love Lives On Act of 2025" amends titles 10 and 38 of the United States Code to improve benefits and services for surviving spouses. This act modifies Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) rules, allowing surviving spouses who remarry to still receive benefits. Additionally, it ensures continued Survivor Benefit Plan annuity payments for certain remarried surviving spouses and expands TRICARE eligibility to include remarried widow/widowers whose subsequent marriage ended.

The Antisemitism Awareness Act of 2025 requires the Department of Education to consider the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's definition of antisemitism when evaluating discrimination complaints under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, concerning race, color, and national origin. The Act clarifies that it does not expand the Department of Education's authority, change existing discrimination standards, reduce existing rights, or infringe upon First Amendment rights.

The "Fair Access to Banking Act" aims to prevent financial institutions from denying services to legal businesses based on subjective or political reasons. It prohibits large banks, credit unions, and payment card networks from discriminating against legal businesses and requires them to provide fair access to financial services based on impartial, risk-based standards. Financial institutions that violate these provisions may face penalties, including ineligibility for taxpayer-funded discount window lending programs and civil penalties. Individuals or businesses who are unfairly denied services can sue the financial institution in U.S. district court.

The "Defending Domestic Orange Juice Production Act of 2025" mandates that pasteurized orange juice must have a minimum of 10.0% orange juice soluble solids by weight, excluding added sweeteners. This act revises existing standards for pasteurized orange juice, but allows the Secretary of Health and Human Services to modify these standards in the future.

The "Congressional Award Program Reauthorization Act" extends the Congressional Award Act until October 1, 2028. It modifies the requirements for the Congressional Award medals, removing specific material requirements. Additionally, it makes a minor technical correction to subsection (f)(1) of the original act.
