The TREAT PTSD Act mandates the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense to provide stellate ganglion block (SGB) to veterans and members of the Armed Forces diagnosed with PTSD who elect to receive it after being fully informed of its risks and benefits. It allows the treatment to be furnished through VA or military medical facilities, or qualified healthcare providers. The bill also requires updating the VADOD Clinical Practice Guideline for PTSD management to include SGB as a therapy option.

The GUARD Act amends the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act to protect the rights of parents or guardians to oppose gender identity affirmation interventions for minors whose gender identity is inconsistent with their biological sex. States that discriminate against these parents or guardians will not receive federal funding. Parents or guardians who experience discrimination can sue the Department of Health and Human Services to stop funding to the state.

This resolution expresses the House of Representatives' deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the 67 individuals who lost their lives in the January 29, 2025, collision of American Eagle Flight 5342 and a U.S. Army flight. This bill renames the U.S. National Poultry Research Center in Athens, Georgia, as the "Abit Massey Poultry Research Center." Any reference to the U.S. National Poultry Research Center will now refer to the Abit Massey Poultry Research Center.

The "Uranium for Energy Independence Act of 2025" designates uranium as a critical mineral, overriding any existing exclusions for fuel minerals. This inclusion mandates that uranium be listed as a critical mineral on the 2022 list published by the United States Geological Survey and all future lists, as required by the Energy Act of 2020.

This bill authorizes the Speaker of the House and the President pro tempore of the Senate to award a Congressional Gold Medal to the 761st Tank Battalion, also known as the "Black Panthers," in recognition of their courageous service and crucial contributions during World War II. The "Protect and Serve Act of 2025" creates federal offenses for intentionally causing serious injury or death to law enforcement officers because of their status as officers. It sets penalties including imprisonment and fines, with increased penalties if death results or if kidnapping or attempted killing is involved. Federal prosecution requires certification from the Attorney General, based on a request from the state or if it is in the public interest to ensure substantial justice. The act defines "law enforcement officer" and "State" for the purposes of the new offenses.

The Leveling the Playing Field 2.0 Act aims to strengthen U.S. trade laws by addressing unfair subsidies, currency undervaluation, duty evasion, and circumvention of trade remedies. It refines the process for handling successive trade investigations, ensuring that the International Trade Commission considers prior findings and assesses cumulative effects on domestic industries. The act also empowers authorities to counteract cost distortions in foreign countries and prevent importers from avoiding duties. Additionally, it includes provisions related to trade with Canada and Mexico and sets effective dates for new regulations.

This bill amends the Social Security Act to equalize the negotiation period for drug price negotiations under the Drug Price Negotiation Program. It changes the negotiation period for small-molecule drugs from 7 years to 11 years, matching the period already in place for biologic drugs. The Local Radio Freedom Act expresses Congressional opposition to imposing new performance fees, taxes, or royalties on local radio stations and businesses for playing music. It argues that the current system of free airplay provides essential promotional value to artists and that new fees would threaten the financial viability of local broadcasters and the vital community services they provide.

The "Death Tax Repeal Act" eliminates both estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes, effective from the date of enactment. It adjusts gift tax calculations by setting the lifetime gift exemption at $10,000,000, with inflation adjustments after 2011. The Act also includes transitional rules for applying certain sections of the Internal Revenue Code during the enactment year.

The "Coin Metal Modification Authorization and Cost Savings Act of 2025" allows the U.S. Mint to alter the composition of circulating coins if it lowers costs, maintains coin compatibility with machines, and minimizes public impact. Any proposed changes require a Mint study, Congressional notification, and justification, and Congress can block the changes. The budgetary effects of the act will be determined by the Chairman of the House Budget Committee.

The Midnight Rules Relief Act streamlines the congressional review process by allowing lawmakers to bundle multiple federal agency rules issued during a President’s final year into a single joint resolution of disapproval. This legislation simplifies the process for overturning "midnight rules," enabling Congress to vote on several regulations simultaneously rather than individually.

The "National Right-to-Work Act" amends both the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act to protect an employee's right to choose whether or not to join or support a labor union. It eliminates the possibility of mandatory union membership or dues payments as a condition of employment, ensuring that employees cannot be forced to join or support a union against their will.
