It highlights the IRGC's destabilizing actions globally, including supporting the Assad regime, assisting Russia in the Ukraine war, and plotting against U.S. officials. The resolution encourages the prioritization of this designation in discussions with the European Union.

The American Dream and Promise Act of 2025 provides a pathway to permanent residency for eligible individuals who entered the United States as children and those with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) or Deferred Enforced Departure (DED). Title I, the Dream Act of 2025, establishes conditional permanent residency for eligible individuals who entered the U.S. as children. Title II, the American Promise Act of 2025, allows the Secretary of Homeland Security or the Attorney General to grant permanent resident status to eligible individuals from TPS or DED countries. Title III outlines general provisions, such as background checks, application processes, and fee exemptions, applicable to all seeking to adjust their status under this Act.

This bill authorizes the Speaker of the House and the President pro tempore of the Senate to award a Congressional Gold Medal to the 761st Tank Battalion, also known as the "Black Panthers," in recognition of their courageous service and crucial contributions during World War II. The medal will be given to the National Museum of African American History and Culture for display, honoring the 761st as the first Black soldiers to serve in an American armored unit and their significant role in the Allied victory in Europe. The bill also allows for the creation and sale of bronze duplicates of the medal to support the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund.

To receive federal funding, local education agencies must equip each school with at least one panic alarm, defined as a silent security system for signaling life-threatening emergencies to law enforcement. This ensures schools have a direct and immediate way to alert law enforcement during critical situations.

The "Energy Resilient Communities Act" establishes a grant program for clean energy microgrids, prioritizing projects that benefit environmental justice communities and community-owned energy systems. It establishes a national program on targeted school violence prevention, mandating research, training courses, and coordination among various departments and agencies. The Act authorizes \$10 million annually from 2026 to 2030 for these activities, emphasizing early intervention and support for individuals exhibiting concerning behavior, while explicitly prohibiting the use of funds for firearms training. This act aims to standardize threat assessment and prevention practices at all levels, ensuring a proactive and comprehensive approach to school safety.

The PROTECT Our Children Reauthorization Act of 2025 reauthorizes and amends the PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008, enhancing efforts to combat child exploitation and internet crimes against children. It updates the National Strategy for Child Exploitation Prevention, expands the ICAC Task Force Program to include Tribal and military entities, and prioritizes investigations likely to rescue children. The act authorizes increased appropriations over the next three fiscal years and mandates that a significant portion of funds support the ICAC Task Force Program through grants.
