The "Empowering Law Enforcement To Fight Sex Trafficking Demand Act of 2025" allows Byrne JAG funds to be used for programs that combat human trafficking. This will provide additional resources to law enforcement agencies and organizations working to fight sex trafficking.

The "Restore Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability Act of 2025" aims to improve accountability within the VA by modifying procedures for disciplining VA supervisors, senior executives, and other employees for misconduct or poor performance. It expedites the disciplinary process, limits external review of disciplinary actions, and broadens the scope of employees subject to these procedures. The bill emphasizes the VA Secretary's authority in disciplinary matters, while also protecting whistleblowers. These changes apply retroactively to misconduct or performance issues dating back to the enactment of the Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act of 2017.

The "Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act" repeals the Corporate Transparency Act, eliminating the requirement for companies to report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). It also makes necessary technical adjustments to Title 31 of the United States Code, specifically sections related to financial recordkeeping and reporting of currency and foreign transactions, to reflect the repeal.

This bill urges the NCAA to reverse its current transgender athlete policy, arguing it discriminates against female athletes. It advocates for policies that ensure biological females compete against biological females in collegiate sports. The bill also calls on all sports governing bodies in the U.S. to protect women's sports.

The "Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025" amends Title IX to prohibit schools receiving federal funds from allowing males to participate in female athletic programs. Sex is defined as based on reproductive biology and genetics at birth. The bill allows males to train with female teams if it doesn't deprive females of opportunities. It also requires a study on the benefits lost to women when males participate in female sports.

The TRUST in Congress Act mandates that members of Congress, their spouses, and dependent children place covered investments, such as securities and commodities, into qualified blind trusts within a specified timeframe. These trusts must remain in place until 180 days after the member leaves office, ensuring that investment decisions are made without the member's knowledge or influence. Members must certify their compliance or declare the absence of covered investments, with these certifications being made public. An exception is provided for spouses or dependent children whose primary income is derived from a covered investment.

The "Thin Blue Line Act" amends the US Code to include the killing or targeting of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or other first responder as a new aggravating factor for the death penalty. This applies if the victim was targeted because of their official duties or status as a public official.

The "Sea Turtle Rescue Assistance and Rehabilitation Act of 2025" amends the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, enabling the Secretary of Commerce and the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to award grants for sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation efforts. It establishes the Sea Turtle Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Rapid Response Fund to provide emergency assistance and adds "marine mammal rescue and response" to the list of activities the Secretary can carry out. This act aims to bolster sea turtle conservation through financial support and expanded response capabilities. The grant-awarding authority will expire 7 years after the enactment of the act.

The Goldie's Act seeks to strengthen the USDA's enforcement of the Animal Welfare Act by mandating annual inspections, requiring humane treatment of suffering animals, and imposing significant penalties for violations. It ensures transparency through mandated sharing of violation records and sets firm guidelines for determining penalties based on the severity and frequency of violations. The Act also enables legal action to recover unpaid penalties and penalizes the disobedience of "cease and desist" orders.

The Justice for Jocelyn Act aims to limit participation in Alternatives to Detention programs, mandating GPS tracking and curfew requirements for aliens in the program. It requires that all detention beds are full and no other detention options are available before an alien can participate in alternative programs. The Act also mandates the removal of aliens who fail to comply with release orders and ensures that if any part of the Act is found unconstitutional, the remaining parts will still be valid.

The "REMAIN in Mexico Act of 2025" mandates the Secretary of Homeland Security to reinstate and enforce the Migrant Protection Protocols, as previously outlined in the 2019 Policy Guidance. This requires migrants and asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while awaiting U.S. immigration proceedings.

The "National Law Enforcement Officers Remembrance, Support and Community Outreach Act" aims to support the National Law Enforcement Museum's programs for community outreach, public education, and officer safety and wellness through grants to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. The act authorizes \$6,000,000 to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior for each of the first 7 fiscal years after the law is enacted. It requires annual progress reports to ensure accountability and transparency in the use of funds. The Act allows the Secretary to use funds to continue activities the National Law Enforcement Museum was already doing when this law was enacted.

The Laken Riley Act mandates the detention of illegal aliens who commit theft, burglary, larceny, or shoplifting. It empowers state attorneys general to sue the Department of Homeland Security or the Secretary of State for failing to enforce immigration laws, including those related to detention and removal. The bill defines grounds for legal action and requires expedited court proceedings.

The "State Immigration Enforcement Act" enables state and local governments to enforce immigration laws, with penalties not exceeding existing federal penalties. It modifies the Immigration and Nationality Act, granting states greater authority in immigration enforcement.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the number of terms a member of Congress can serve. Representatives would be limited to 3 terms and Senators to 2 terms, with specific rules for partial terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not be counted. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to be valid.

The WHO Withdrawal Act withdraws the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO) upon enactment. It also prohibits any federal funds from being used to support the WHO or any successor organization. Finally, the act repeals the Act of June 14, 1948, which previously authorized U.S. participation and funding of the WHO.

The "Stopping Border Surges Act" aims to reform immigration laws related to unaccompanied alien children and the asylum process. It changes how unaccompanied children and families are processed, focusing on detention standards and eligibility for special immigrant status. The "Fund and Complete the Border Wall Act" aims to enhance U.S.-Mexico border security by establishing a dedicated fund for constructing and maintaining a border wall, increasing Border Patrol agent pay, and implementing new fees and penalties to finance these efforts. The bill mandates the completion of the border wall by December 31, 2025, and directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to consult with stakeholders to minimize the project's impact. It also imposes fees on international money transfers and increases fees for Form I-94 to support the border wall fund, and reduces financial assistance to countries whose citizens are apprehended at the border. Additionally, the bill ensures Border Patrol agents receive increased compensation for overtime work.

The "Sunshine Protection Act of 2025" aims to establish permanent daylight saving time across the United States, effectively eliminating the need to change clocks twice a year. This bill repeals the provision allowing for standard time and adjusts time zone calculations accordingly. States that previously opted out of daylight saving time are given the option to choose between the new permanent daylight saving time or the previous standard time. The act also updates cross-references to ensure legal consistency with these changes.

The "Voter Integrity Protection Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to classify unlawful voting by aliens as an aggravated felony. Any alien unlawfully present in the U.S. who violates Section 611 of Title 18, United States Code, which prohibits voting by aliens in federal elections, will be subject to deportation.
