The Chloe Cole Act of 2026 establishes a federal private right of action allowing individuals to sue healthcare professionals and institutions for damages related to gender-transition medical interventions performed on them as minors. The bill permits lawsuits regardless of when the intervention occurred and sets a statute of limitations extending 25 years past the individual's 18th birthday. Additionally, it mandates strict liability for such interventions performed after the Act's enactment.

The Improving Seniors’ Timely Access to Care Act of 2025 aims to streamline and modernize the prior authorization process within Medicare Advantage plans. This bill mandates the adoption of electronic prior authorization systems and significantly increases transparency regarding approval rates and decision times starting in 2027. Furthermore, it establishes new enrollee protections and grants the Secretary authority to enforce faster decision timeframes for medical services.

The Daughters of the American Revolution Membership Integrity Act amends the organization’s federal charter to formally define membership eligibility. The bill restricts membership to adult human females, establishing a biological definition for the term "female" based on reproductive system development.

The Sunshine Protection Act of 2025 proposes making daylight saving time the permanent, year-round standard time across the United States. By advancing standard time zones by one hour, the bill eliminates the need for biannual clock changes. Additionally, it provides states that currently observe standard time year-round the option to maintain their existing timekeeping practices.

The REDACT Act establishes a private right of action allowing individuals to sue the federal government if their personally identifiable information or sensitive medical files are improperly disclosed under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. This legislation ensures accountability by enabling victims to seek statutory or compensatory damages, attorney's fees, and injunctive relief for privacy violations.

The Anchors Away Act proposes limiting birthright citizenship to children born to at least one parent who is a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. Additionally, the bill establishes new grounds for inadmissibility for pregnant nonimmigrants who are not married to U.S. citizens, unless they are seeking medical treatment.

This bill, the "Homeownership Eligibility Reform Act," restricts eligibility for federally backed mortgages. The bill authorizes the Secretary of Homeland Security to formally designate criminal organizations, mandates the detention of identified gang members, and restricts their eligibility for various forms of immigration relief.

The Kayleigh’s Law Act of 2026 establishes a mandatory federal lifetime no-contact order for victims following convictions in serious felony cases, including crimes of violence and sexual offenses. This order prohibits any form of direct or indirect contact between the defendant and the victim for the defendant's lifetime. The prohibition can only be lifted if the conviction is pardoned, commuted, dismissed, or overturned on appeal.

The Veterans 2nd Amendment Protection Act prohibits the VA from reporting veterans to the NICS background check system solely because a fiduciary was appointed to manage their benefits. This legislation ensures that a VA finding of mental incompetence or the appointment of a fiduciary alone is not used to treat a veteran as a "mental defective" for gun control purposes. Furthermore, the VA must notify the Attorney General about past transmissions of this information that lacked a proper legal basis.

The Duplication Scoring Act of 2026 requires the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to assess new congressional bills for potential overlap with existing federal programs. These assessments will be published online and may be included in Congressional Budget Office (CBO) cost estimates to improve government efficiency and reduce redundancy.

The Act also establishes a right for individuals harmed by violations to seek legal relief.

The Combating Organized Retail Crime Act of 2025 aims to combat sophisticated, cross-jurisdictional organized retail and supply chain theft. It achieves this by strengthening federal laws regarding money laundering and stolen property offenses, including lowering monetary thresholds for prosecution. Furthermore, the bill establishes a dedicated Center within the Department of Homeland Security to coordinate federal, state, and local enforcement efforts against these criminal organizations.
