The SAFER Voter Act seeks to eliminate the age restriction that prevents individuals under 21 from purchasing handguns and handgun ammunition from licensed federal firearms dealers. This bill would amend title 18 of the United States Code, specifically sections 922(b)(1) and 922(c)(1), to allow adults 18 and over to purchase handguns.

The "Defund NPR Act" eliminates all direct and indirect federal funding to National Public Radio (NPR) and any successor organization. It prevents public broadcast stations from using federal funds to pay dues to or acquire programming from NPR. The bill also removes references to NPR in specific sections of the Communications Act of 1934.

The "Protecting Life from Chemical Abortions Act" restricts the Department of Health and Human Services and the FDA, requiring them to enforce Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) requirements for abortion drugs, reinstate the in-person dispensing requirement, and prohibits reducing REMS protections until standardized abortion data is collected by the CDC from every state. The America Works Act of 2025 amends the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to provide exemptions from work requirements for specific individuals, including those under 18 or over 65, medically unfit individuals, and parents of young children. It also allows the Secretary to waive certain requirements in counties with high unemployment rates, based on state agency requests. The Reinforcing Sanctions on Iranian Terrorists Act requires the President to determine whether to apply sanctions to the Iran Airports Company, which facilitates Mahan Air's operations, due to Mahan Air's support for terrorist activities and the Iranian government's destabilizing actions. This determination must be submitted to Congress within 90 days of the Act's enactment. The Act reinforces existing sanctions against Mahan Air, which has been identified as supporting the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps-Qods Force.

The Buffalo Soldiers Congressional Gold Medal Act of 2025 authorizes the Speaker of the House and the President pro tempore of the Senate to award a Congressional Gold Medal to the Buffalo Soldier regiments, recognizing their dedicated service to the United States. Following the award ceremony, the medal will be given to the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of African American History and Culture for display and research. This bill urges the United Kingdom, France, and Germany (E3) to reimpose UN sanctions on Iran due to concerns over Iran's nuclear activities and violations of the JCPOA agreement. It emphasizes that Iran's pursuit of nuclear weapons poses a threat to global security and condemns the support of Russia and China for Iran's actions. The bill calls for the E3 to act before the expiration of the UN Security Council Resolution 2231 in October 2025, which would terminate the snapback mechanism for reimposing sanctions. This bill expresses support for designating February 15-22, 2025, as "National FFA Week," celebrating the National FFA Organization's role in developing future leaders through agricultural education. It also recognizes the 90th anniversary of New Farmers of America and the 75th anniversary of the Future Farmers of America federal charter.

The "One Flag for All Act" generally prohibits the display of flags other than the U.S. flag on the exterior or in public areas of covered federal buildings. There are explicit exceptions for flags such as POW/MIA flags, state flags displayed at a Member of Congress's office, flags representing the Armed Forces, flags of historical significance, and flags representing local jurisdictions where the building is located. The bill defines "covered public buildings" broadly, including federal buildings, Senate and House buildings, military installations, and U.S. embassies and consulates.

The "Promoting American Patriotism In Our Schools Act" mandates that schools receiving federal funds must require daily Pledge of Allegiance recitation, prominently display the U.S. flag in classrooms and gyms, and provide education on the flag's history. Individuals can abstain from reciting the Pledge for religious or personal reasons. Non-compliant schools will face enforcement by the Secretary.

The "Smithsonian American Women's History Museum Act" authorizes the creation of the Smithsonian American Women's History Museum on the National Mall. It ensures the museum's exhibits and programs reflect the diverse experiences and perspectives of women in the United States, seeking guidance from varied sources. The Act mandates regular reports to Congress on the museum's efforts to meet these diversity requirements.
