The "No American Land for Communist China Act" prohibits the President from allowing individuals or entities associated with the Chinese government from purchasing real estate near covered federal lands. Covered lands include those managed by the Departments of Interior, Defense, Agriculture (Forest Service), and Energy, as well as Indian country. This restriction applies to entities with at least 25% equity interest held by Chinese government-affiliated individuals or businesses. The Act defines "United States" broadly to include states, territories, and other U.S. possessions.

Eric's Law addresses instances where a jury is unable to reach a unanimous decision regarding sentencing in death penalty cases. It mandates that the court impanel a new jury to determine sentencing. Should the second jury also fail to reach a unanimous agreement, the court is required to impose a sentence other than death.

The "Parity for Athletic Recreation Act" or "PAR Act" removes the restriction that prohibits bond proceeds from being used for private or commercial golf courses and country clubs. This change applies to bonds issued after the enactment of this Act. Additionally, it affects the empowerment zone employment credit and applies to empowerment zone businesses and opportunity zones.

The 9/11 Responder and Survivor Health Funding Correction Act of 2025 amends the Public Health Service Act to improve the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program by expanding the types of healthcare providers who can conduct mental health evaluations, modifying provider credentialing, clarifying enrollment calculations, and extending the time frame for adding health conditions for WTC responders. The act adjusts the funding formula for fiscal years 2026 through 2090 and requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to report to Congress on the program's budget, including projected needs through 2090 and recommendations for changes to the funding formula. It also stipulates that remaining funds in the Supplemental Fund, Special Fund, and Pentagon-Shanksville Fund will revert to the Treasury.

The bill defines "covered public buildings" broadly, including federal buildings, Senate and House buildings, military installations, and U.S. embassies and consulates.

The Honoring Our Fallen Heroes Act of 2025 expands public safety officer benefits to include deaths and disabilities caused by exposure-related cancers, presuming that certain cancers diagnosed within 15 years of service are line-of-duty injuries if the officer served for at least 5 years. It defines "exposure-related cancer" and allows for updates to the list based on medical evidence, while also permitting individuals to petition for additions. The Act also clarifies "line of duty action" and applies retroactively to claims dating back to January 1, 2020, with a three-year window for filing claims based on these amendments.

The "Uncovering UNRWA's Terrorist Crimes Act" mandates a report from the Secretary of State detailing US funding to UNRWA from 2020-2024 and how those funds were spent. The act also prohibits any further direct or indirect federal funding to UNRWA upon enactment.

The "Protecting the Second Amendment in Financial Services Act" prevents banks and credit card companies from using specific merchant codes that would identify businesses selling firearms or ammunition. This ensures that financial institutions cannot track or discriminate against legal firearm-related transactions.

The U.S. Park Police Modernization Act amends the District of Columbia Police and Firemen’s Salary Act of 1958 to adjust the pay scales for United States Park Police officers. It revises the service step schedule for officers and members of the United States Park Police and modifies service step advancements. These changes will take effect on the first day of the first pay period after the enactment of this Act.

The "Congressional Access to Military Posts Act of 2025" ensures Members of Congress and their staff have expedited access to U.S. military installations. It requires the Secretary of Defense to grant access to those with valid congressional identification without requiring advanced scheduling. This act aims to facilitate congressional oversight and communication with military personnel.

The "Embassy Construction Integrity Act of 2025" restricts the State Department from acquiring or leasing buildings for diplomatic posts abroad if a Chinese government-controlled entity was involved in its construction or has an ownership stake. It also restricts agreements with these entities for construction work on such buildings. The "Freedom to Invest in Tomorrow's Workforce Act" amends Section 529 savings accounts to include expenses related to postsecondary credentialing programs. This allows 529 funds to cover costs like tuition, fees, books, supplies, and testing fees for recognized programs and credentials, as defined by the bill. These changes would apply to distributions made after the bill is enacted.

The "Safe Passage on Interstates Act of 2025" aims to prevent the obstruction of interstate highways. It establishes penalties, including fines and imprisonment, for individuals who knowingly disrupt traffic flow or endanger vehicles on these highways. Increased penalties are applied if emergency vehicles are obstructed or if a death occurs as a result of the obstruction.
