The "Protecting America's Strategic Petroleum Reserve from China Act" prohibits the Secretary of Energy from selling petroleum products from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to any entity under the influence of the Chinese Communist Party. It also ensures that petroleum products from the reserve are not exported to China.

The TAKE IT DOWN Act aims to combat the spread of nonconsensual intimate visual depictions, including deepfakes, online. It establishes criminal penalties for intentionally sharing such images without consent, with increased penalties for depictions involving minors. The Act also requires online platforms to create a process for users to report and request the removal of nonconsensual intimate visual depictions within 48 hours, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. It defines key terms related to consent, digital forgeries, and covered platforms, while also ensuring that the rest of the law remains valid if any part is deemed unenforceable.

The "Free Iraq from Iran Act" aims to support the Iraqi people in liberating their country from Iranian influence and to promote democracy and human rights. It mandates the development of an interagency strategy to dismantle Iran-backed militias, support Iraqi civil society, and counter Iranian disinformation. The Act requires the designation of specific Iran-backed militias as foreign terrorist organizations and imposes sanctions on individuals and entities supporting these groups. Additionally, it prohibits U.S. funding to the Iraqi government unless certain conditions are met regarding the dismantling of these militias and restricts Iraq's importation of liquefied natural gas from Iran.

The "Improving Veterans Access to Congressional Services Act of 2025" allows Members of Congress to use VA facilities to meet with constituents, ensuring accessible and visible meeting spaces during regular business hours. The VA Secretary must set regulations for these spaces within 90 days, with rental rates similar to other government office spaces in the area. These regulations must comply with existing laws and cannot be used for campaign activities or interfere with VA operations, and use of facilities is prohibited 60 days before a federal election.

The PEACE Act aims to enhance understanding of the Abraham Accords and other normalization agreements with Israel within the U.S. Department of State. It mandates training for diplomats and personnel, establishes fellowships and exchanges, creates an advisory board, and requires a comprehensive strategy and reporting to Congress. This act seeks to promote Middle East peace and stability through education and strategic diplomatic engagement.

The "No Iranian Energy Act" amends the Iran Freedom and Counter-Proliferation Act of 2012 to impose sanctions on the sale, supply, or transfer of natural gas to or from Iran.

This bill rescinds a waiver that allowed the transfer of funds from South Korea to Qatar, as well as any related licenses issued by the Treasury Department. It also prevents the President from reissuing similar waivers or licenses for the same purpose. It mandates retailers to disclose relationships with these countries and requires review and potential termination of existing agreements. The Iranian Terror Prevention Act mandates the Secretary of State to designate specific organizations as foreign terrorist organizations (FTOs) within 90 days. It directs the President to determine and potentially impose sanctions on these organizations and associated entities within 60 days. The Secretary of State must also regularly report to Congress on new entities that could be designated as FTOs or sanctioned. Finally, the President is required to report to Congress justifying any decisions not to sanction a listed organization.

The Free Speech Fairness Act aims to protect the free speech rights of 501(c)(3) organizations by allowing them to make statements about political campaigns without jeopardizing their tax-exempt status. This protection applies if the statements are made during the regular course of the organization's activities and incur only minimal additional expenses.
