This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to fix the number of Supreme Court justices at nine. For this amendment to be valid, three-fourths of the state legislatures must ratify it within seven years of its submission.

The "Protecting First Responders from Secondary Exposure Act of 2025" aims to protect first responders from secondary exposure to fentanyl and other dangerous substances. It amends existing legislation to provide first responders with the necessary training, resources, and containment devices. This will help to ensure their safety while on duty.

The "Reining In Federal Licensing Enforcement Act of 2025" or the "RIFLE Act of 2025" aims to reform the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) by modifying penalties for Federal firearms licensees who commit civil violations, changing the process for license applications, and defining "willfully" in the context of firearms license violations. The bill also requires the Attorney General to reconsider denied firearm license applications based on the new rules, establish formal inspection standards, and limit the use of firearms purchaser information. Additionally, it provides opportunities to cure violations after the acquisition of a firearms business and sets standards for criminal violations of recordkeeping requirements.

The ATF Transparency Act aims to make the firearm application process more transparent and efficient. It allows applicants to appeal denied firearm transfer applications, potentially recoup attorney fees if successful, and prevents application delays by mandating automatic approval if the Secretary doesn't decide within 90 days. The Act also requires reports and agreements related to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) to improve its administration and minimize unresolved inquiries.

The "No Medicaid for Illegal Immigrants Act of 2025" amends the Social Security Act to prohibit states from using Medicaid funds to provide medical assistance to aliens not lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S. This restriction does not apply to assistance already covered under section 1903(v)(2) of the Social Security Act.

Sarah's Law mandates the detention of aliens who are charged with or have committed crimes resulting in death or serious bodily injury. It requires the Department of Homeland Security to gather information about victims of crimes committed by these aliens and provide them with timely updates about the alien's status and removal efforts. The law also ensures that victims' rights under other laws are protected.

The "No Retaining Every Gun In a System That Restricts Your Rights Act" mandates the Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to destroy all firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses within 90 days of enactment. It also eliminates the requirement for these businesses to send these records to the Attorney General. Finally, the Act requires the Director of the ATF to submit a report to Congress detailing the number of records destroyed.

The "Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to deem aliens inadmissible and deportable if they have committed or admitted to acts constituting sex offenses, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse, or violating protection orders. It broadens the definition of crimes against children to include any crime constituting domestic violence.

The "AMERICANS Act" addresses the COVID-19 vaccine mandate's impact on service members by preventing new mandates without congressional approval and prohibiting adverse actions based solely on vaccination status. It offers remedies for those discharged or negatively affected, including discharge upgrades, reinstatement, and compensation. The act prioritizes retaining unvaccinated members, limits consideration of vaccination status for assignments, requires a COVID-19 vaccine exemption process, and terminates bonus repayment obligations for those separated due to vaccine refusal.

The "Make the Migrant Protection Protocols Mandatory Act of 2025" makes it mandatory for the Department of Homeland Security to implement the Migrant Protection Protocols, which require certain migrants to remain in a foreign country while awaiting immigration proceedings in the U.S. This is achieved by changing the language in the Immigration and Nationality Act from permissive to mandatory regarding the implementation of these protocols.

The "Restore Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability Act of 2025" aims to improve accountability within the VA by modifying procedures for disciplining VA supervisors, senior executives, and other employees for misconduct or poor performance. It expedites the disciplinary process, limits external review of disciplinary actions, and broadens the scope of employees subject to these procedures. The bill emphasizes the VA Secretary's authority in disciplinary matters, while also protecting whistleblowers. These changes apply retroactively to misconduct or performance issues dating back to the enactment of the Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act of 2017.

The "No Tax on Tips Act" allows an above-the-line tax deduction for up to $25,000 in qualified tips for workers in traditionally tipped occupations, excluding higher-income earners. It also extends the employer social security tax credit to include beauty service establishments, aiming to reduce the tax burden on tipped workers and incentivize accurate tip reporting. This goes into effect for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.

The Hearing Protection Act aims to remove silencers from the purview of the National Firearms Act (NFA) by treating them similarly to standard firearms under federal tax law. This legislation preempts certain state and local taxes and registration requirements related to silencers involved in interstate commerce. Furthermore, the bill mandates the destruction of existing federal silencer registration records and updates federal marking requirements for manufacturers.

This bill amends House rules to allow staffers who are members of the armed forces and already hold a security clearance from the Department of Defense to be exempt from the limit on the number of employees in a Member's office who can have security clearances. This exemption applies to staffers working for members of specific House committees and subcommittees related to defense, homeland security, foreign affairs, and intelligence. The employee's security clearance level cannot be higher than their existing Department of Defense clearance or the highest level the office can sponsor.

The "Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act" repeals the Corporate Transparency Act, eliminating the requirement for companies to report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). It also makes necessary technical adjustments to Title 31 of the United States Code, specifically sections related to financial recordkeeping and reporting of currency and foreign transactions, to reflect the repeal.

The "Disabled Veterans Tax Termination Act" amends Title 10 of the United States Code to allow military retirees with any service-connected disability to receive both retired pay and veterans' disability compensation concurrently, eliminating the previous disability rating requirement. It adjusts how disability retirees with fewer than 20 years of service have their retired pay reduced and updates references and headings to reflect these changes. These amendments will take effect the first day of the month following the enactment of this Act, applying to payments for subsequent months.

The Second Amendment Guarantee Act (SAGA) aims to limit the power of state and local governments to regulate rifles and shotguns. It prevents states and their subdivisions from imposing stricter regulations or higher penalties on these firearms that have crossed state lines, ensuring federal law takes precedence. Conflicting state or local laws are invalidated, and individuals who successfully sue for violations of this act will be awarded attorney's fees.

The Stop Corrupt Iranian Oligarchs and Entities Act mandates the Secretary of the Treasury to produce a report identifying Iranian political figures, oligarchs, and parastatal entities involved in corruption. This report will detail their financial ties, assess the impact of potential sanctions, and evaluate the exposure of U.S. economic sectors to these entities. The goal is to provide Congress with information to consider further actions against those enabling corruption within the Iranian regime.

This bill aims to classify certain actions by Antifa members as domestic terrorism and formally designate Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization. It highlights Antifa's history of violence and destruction, citing significant property damage, injuries, and deaths linked to the group. The bill urges the Department of Justice to prosecute Antifa's crimes and allocate resources to combat its activities.

The "REMAIN in Mexico Act of 2025" mandates the Secretary of Homeland Security to reinstate and enforce the Migrant Protection Protocols, as previously outlined in the 2019 Policy Guidance. This requires migrants and asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while awaiting U.S. immigration proceedings.
