The "Protecting Women’s Private Spaces Act" restricts access to single-sex facilities on federal property to individuals whose biological sex corresponds to the facility's designation. Biological sex is defined as the biological determination of male or female, based on reproductive systems. Exceptions are provided for emergency medical personnel and law enforcement officers in specific situations. "Single-sex facilities" are defined as restrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms.

The "Fair Access to Banking Act" aims to prevent financial institutions from denying services to legal businesses based on subjective or political reasons. It prohibits large banks, credit unions, and payment card networks from discriminating against legal businesses and requires them to provide fair access to financial services based on impartial, risk-based standards. Financial institutions that violate these provisions may face penalties, including ineligibility for taxpayer-funded discount window lending programs and civil penalties. Individuals or businesses who are unfairly denied services can sue the financial institution in U.S. district court.

The "Veterans Access to Direct Primary Care Act" directs the VA to establish a five-year pilot program offering eligible veterans health savings accounts to access primary care from non-VA providers through direct primary care arrangements. Participating veterans will receive annual deposits into their health savings accounts to cover primary care services, but will not be able to receive VA medical care covered by the direct primary care arrangement during their participation. The VA will monitor the program for fraud and report results to Congress. The program will be funded through existing Veterans Health Administration appropriations.

The Dismantle DEI Act of 2025 aims to immediately rescind diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) mandates across the federal government, including shutting down related offices and banning specific ideological training for federal personnel and contractors. The bill prohibits the use of federal funds for DEI activities by grant recipients and mandates that federal advisory committees cease all such practices or face termination. Furthermore, it establishes strong enforcement mechanisms, allowing individuals to sue violators and seek financial penalties for non-compliance.

The "Refugees Using Legal Entry Safely Act" or "RULES Act" modifies asylum eligibility by requiring aliens to apply for asylum only at a port of entry, regardless of status. It prohibits the parole or release of any alien applying for asylum at a port of entry and removes considerations for safe third countries. This act does not apply to aliens apprehended in the U.S. after entering without inspection or overstaying their visa.

This bill terminates the Department of Education, effectively eliminating the department on December 31, 2026.

The "Prison Staff Safety Enhancement Act" aims to address and prevent sexual harassment and sexual assault against Bureau of Prisons staff by incarcerated individuals. It mandates a comprehensive review and analysis by the Inspector General of the incidence and effects of such acts, including current punishment practices. Following the review, the Attorney General is directed to establish national standards for preventing, reducing, and punishing sexual harassment and sexual assault in prisons.

The "Drug Cartel Terrorist Designation Act" mandates the Secretary of State to report to Congress on whether certain Mexican drug cartels meet the criteria to be designated as foreign terrorist organizations, and to designate those that meet the criteria as such. This report must include detailed justifications for any cartel not designated. The Act does not expand asylum eligibility based on these designations.

The "America First Act" seeks to limit eligibility for federal benefits for certain immigrants by modifying existing laws related to public benefits, healthcare, housing, and financial aid. It restricts access to programs like Head Start, Medicaid, and housing assistance based on immigration status, and it requires stricter verification of citizenship for programs like WIC and school meals. The bill also reduces funding for sanctuary jurisdictions and places limitations on refugee resettlement and FEMA programs. Additionally, it modifies the child tax credit and earned income tax credit, requiring social security numbers for both the taxpayer and qualifying children.

The Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act imposes sanctions on individuals and their families who assist the International Criminal Court (ICC) in investigating, arresting, detaining, or prosecuting "protected persons," which include U.S. citizens, military personnel, government officials, and citizens/residents of U.S. allies not consenting to the ICC. It requires the President to block the property of those who aid the ICC, deny them entry into the U.S., and rescinds any funds for the ICC. The bill allows for waivers of these sanctions if vital to U.S. national security and termination of sanctions if the ICC ceases action against protected persons.

The "Safeguarding American Workers Benefits Act" amends the Internal Revenue Code to modify Social Security number (SSN) requirements for the Child Tax Credit and the Earned Income Tax Credit. It mandates that to claim these credits, the SSN must be issued by the Social Security Administration to a U.S. citizen or someone authorized to work in the U.S. These modifications will be effective for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.

The "Securing America's Land from Foreign Interference Act" prohibits members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and entities under CCP control from purchasing public or private real estate within the United States and its territories. This includes the 50 states, Washington DC, and US territories.

The "Life at Conception Act" declares that the right to life, as guaranteed by the Constitution, is vested in each human being, both born and preborn, from fertilization onward. This act defines "human being" as every member of the species homo sapiens at all stages of life. Notably, the act specifies that no woman shall be prosecuted for the death of her unborn child.

The "Teleabortion Prevention Act of 2025" prohibits healthcare providers from performing chemical abortions without being physically present to examine the patient, administer the medication, and schedule a follow-up visit. Violators may face fines and imprisonment, but the patient cannot be prosecuted. An exception is included if the abortion is necessary to save the mother's life.

The "No Abortion Coverage for Medicaid Act" seeks to codify the Hyde Amendment by ensuring that federal Medicaid funds are not used for abortions or health coverage that includes abortion services. This includes prohibiting the use of federal funds for travel or lodging related to obtaining an abortion. Exceptions are made only in cases of rape, incest, to save the mother's life, or for the treatment of a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.

The "CBO Show Your Work Act" mandates the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) to publicly release the fiscal, policy, and data models used for cost estimates of legislation, along with any updates. This allows for transparency and replication of CBO's analyses by external parties. The CBO must also disclose data, programs, assumptions, and computational details used in preparing cost estimates, while protecting confidential data by providing detailed variable lists, statistics, and contact information for data access.

The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospitalization and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child cannot be prosecuted. The bill also allows the woman who had the abortion to file a civil action against anyone who violated the act. It defines abortion and attempts at abortion, and renames "Partial-Birth Abortions" to "Abortions" in relevant sections of the U.S. Code.

The "Main Street Tax Certainty Act" amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently extend the deduction for qualified business income. This removes the previous expiration date, providing long-term tax certainty for eligible businesses. The change applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.

The "End the Deep State Act" aims to create a new category of federal employees ("Schedule PolicyCareer") who are in confidential, policy-related roles, ensuring they can be hired and retained based on their alignment with the President's policies. It directs agencies to review positions and reclassify suitable roles under this new schedule, while also revoking a prior Executive Order that limited the ability to remove employees. The Act seeks to make federal employees more accountable to the President and ensure the President can depend on federal employees in policy-related roles. This bill would allow for the firing of federal employees who do not implement administration policies to the best of their ability, in accordance with their constitutional oath.

The "Regulation Decimation Act" mandates that before a new regulation can be enacted, agencies must repeal at least ten existing regulations related to the new rule, to the extent practicable. For major rules, the cost of the new rule must be less than or equal to the cost of the repealed rules. The Act also requires agencies to review existing rules to identify those that are costly, ineffective, duplicative, or outdated, and the President to report to Congress on the status of rule reduction.
