The "Ending the Cycle of Dependency Act of 2025" modifies work requirements for both the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 and the Social Security Act. This resolution impeaches Judge Paul Adam Engelmayer for high crimes and misdemeanors, accusing him of abusing his power and violating his oath of office. The impeachment is based on allegations that Judge Engelmayer improperly blocked access to Treasury Department records, thereby using his position for personal and political gain. The resolution calls for his removal from his position as a United States District Court Judge.

The "Agent Raul Gonzalez Officer Safety Act" establishes federal criminal penalties for evading arrest or detention in a vehicle near the U.S. border, with increased penalties if serious injury or death results. The "No Asylum for Criminals Act of 2025" amends asylum eligibility, denying it to anyone with a felony or misdemeanor conviction. A felony is defined as any crime defined as a felony by the relevant jurisdiction, or any crime punishable by more than one year of imprisonment, while a misdemeanor is any crime defined as a misdemeanor by the relevant jurisdiction, or any crime not punishable by more than one year of imprisonment. The Secretary of Homeland Security can create exceptions for certain political offenses committed outside the U.S.

The "More Homes on the Market Act" increases the tax exclusion for profit from the sale of a primary residence, raising it to $500,000 for single filers and $1,000,000 for married couples filing jointly. The SAFE for America Act of 2025 eliminates the Diversity Visa Program, which makes visas available to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. This is achieved through repealing subsection (c) of Section 203 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The Act also makes corresponding technical amendments to other sections of the Immigration and Nationality Act to reflect this change. These changes would take effect beginning October 1, 2025.

The "Protecting the Second Amendment in Financial Services Act" prevents banks and credit card companies from using specific merchant codes that would identify businesses selling firearms or ammunition. This ensures that financial institutions cannot track or discriminate against legal firearm-related transactions.

This bill repeals the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, eliminating the requirements for the President to report to Congress on decisions to withhold or delay spending of appropriated funds. This removes the process by which Congress can approve or disapprove of these presidential actions.

The "Fee Increases for Reckless Mismanagement Act of 2025" or "FIRM Act of 2025" increases visa application fees for foreign nationals from countries that deny or delay accepting their deported citizens, are state sponsors of terrorism, or are listed as Tier 3 countries in the State Department's Trafficking in Persons report. The fee increase will be between 50% and 150% depending on how many criteria the country meets. The Secretary of State will review these determinations monthly to decide if any increases should be reduced or applied to additional countries.

The "Protecting Federal Funds from Human Trafficking and Smuggling Act of 2025" restricts federal funding to non-profit organizations that do not certify compliance with federal laws on human trafficking, alien smuggling, fraud, and bribery. It also directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to develop strategies and best practices for non-profits to comply with federal law, detect and report violations, and improve cooperation with law enforcement. Additionally, the Comptroller General is required to report to Congress on any violations by non-profit entities.

The "Medicaid Primary Care Improvement Act" allows states to use Medicaid funds for direct agreements with healthcare providers, including value-based care models and direct primary care arrangements. It requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to gather input and issue guidance to states on implementing these arrangements. Additionally, the Act mandates a report to Congress analyzing state contracts with independent physicians and the quality/cost of care in direct primary care arrangements within Medicaid. This aims to improve primary care access and quality within the Medicaid program without altering existing cost-sharing or limiting medical assistance.

The "Protecting American Energy Production Act" affirms that states have primary regulatory authority over hydraulic fracturing on state and private lands. It prohibits the President from enacting a moratorium on hydraulic fracturing unless explicitly authorized by Congress.

The Litigation Transparency Act of 2025 requires parties in civil actions to disclose the identity of any third party entitled to payment contingent on the outcome of the case, along with the relevant agreements. This disclosure aims to increase transparency in civil litigation by revealing who financially benefits from the lawsuit's outcome. Certain payments, such as loan repayments and attorney's fees, are exempt from this disclosure requirement. The Act applies to both ongoing and future court cases.

The "REAL Meat Act of 2025" prohibits federal funding for cell-cultured meat production, research, and promotion, defining it as lab-grown meat from animal cells. An exception is made, allowing NASA to use federal funds for cell-cultured meat intended for consumption off-planet.
