The Roberto Clemente Commemorative Coin Act directs the Department of Treasury to mint and issue gold, silver, and half-dollar coins in 2027 to commemorate the life and legacy of Roberto Clemente. The coins' designs will represent Clemente's life, including his baseball achievements and humanitarian work. Surcharges from the coin sales will benefit the Roberto Clemente Foundation, supporting their educational programs, youth sports initiatives, disaster relief efforts, and historic preservation projects. The Act ensures that the coin program will not incur any net cost to the United States government.

The Technology for Energy Security Act extends the tax credit deadline for "quality fuel cell property" from January 1, 2025, to January 1, 2033. This extension applies only to fuel cell property where construction begins after December 31, 2024. The bill aims to promote energy security by incentivizing the development of fuel cell technology.

The SAFE Act of 2025 amends existing legislation to explicitly prohibit the slaughter of horses for human consumption, reinforcing protections for these animals. This bill seeks to prevent the inhumane treatment of American equines by closing loopholes that allow their slaughter and export for human consumption.

The Rectifying UDAAP Act amends the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010, modifying the rulemaking process for unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices. It requires the CFPB to define "abusive act or practice," conduct cost-benefit analyses for new rules, and consider mitigating factors when assessing civil penalties. The act also sets new limitations and standards for the CFPB's enforcement authority, including where they can file enforcement actions, the clarity of their claims, and the remedies they can seek. Furthermore, it provides a notice and cure period for covered entities that self-report potential violations.

The Cyber PIVOTT Act aims to bolster the cybersecurity workforce by expanding CISA's education and training programs to community colleges and technical schools, offering scholarships for students in cyber-related fields who commit to a service obligation in government. This act prioritizes skills-based training, internships, and industry-relevant certifications, while also establishing recruitment and resource platforms to connect graduates with federal job opportunities. The goal is to significantly increase the number of students enrolled in cybersecurity programs, addressing critical workforce gaps in the cyber sector. The Act also requires CISA to review its education and training programs and report to Congress.

The "Protect and Serve Act of 2025" creates federal offenses for intentionally causing serious injury or death to law enforcement officers because of their status as officers. It sets penalties including imprisonment and fines, with increased penalties if death results or if kidnapping or attempted killing is involved. Federal prosecution requires certification from the Attorney General, based on a request from the state or if it is in the public interest to ensure substantial justice. The act defines "law enforcement officer" and "State" for the purposes of the new offenses.

The Postal Employee Appeal Rights Amendment Act of 2025 updates which non-unionized Postal Service employees can appeal certain employment decisions to the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). Specifically, it grants this appeal right to supervisory, professional, technical, clerical, administrative, or managerial employees under the Executive and Administrative Schedule who are not covered by a collective bargaining unit. These coins, which are legal tender, will be available in uncirculated and proof qualities for one year beginning January 1, 2026. Surcharges from the sale of these coins will be paid to the Erie Canalway Heritage Fund, Inc. to support the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor.

The "New Era of Preventing End-Stage Kidney Disease Act" aims to improve the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of rare kidney diseases through research, education, and increased public awareness. It establishes Centers of Excellence for Rare Kidney Disease Research, directs studies on testing and treatment approaches, and promotes provider education in nephrology. The Act prioritizes addressing disparities in affected populations and seeks to delay or eliminate the need for dialysis and transplant. It authorizes appropriations for these activities from 2026 through 2030.

The Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act establishes a framework for collective bargaining rights for public safety officers (law enforcement, firefighters, and emergency medical services personnel) at the state level. It directs the Federal Labor Relations Authority to determine if states substantially protect these rights, and if not, the Authority will establish collective bargaining procedures. The Act aims to promote cooperation between public safety employers and employees while respecting existing state laws and prohibiting strikes and lockouts. This law does not override state laws that provide similar or stronger protections for public safety officers.

The Animal Cruelty Enforcement Act of 2025 establishes an Animal Cruelty Crimes Section within the Department of Justice to enforce federal animal cruelty laws, pursue investigations and prosecutions, and coordinate with other agencies. The section is required to submit an annual report to Congress regarding charges, convictions, and investigations. The "Make American Flags in America Act of 2025" mandates that U.S. flags displayed on Federal property or bought by Federal agencies be entirely manufactured in the U.S. using 100% U.S.-made materials, in accordance with international agreements. It also directs the Federal Trade Commission to study and report on country-of-origin labeling enforcement for U.S. flags, aiming to improve enforcement and deter violations.

The "Discriminatory Gaming Tax Repeal Act of 2025" eliminates excise taxes on wagering, as specified in Chapter 35 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. This repeal is effective for taxable years starting after December 31, 2024.

This bill urges the United Kingdom, France, and Germany (E3) to reimpose UN sanctions on Iran due to concerns over Iran's nuclear activities and violations of the JCPOA agreement. This bill extends the temporary increase in the limitation on the cover over of distilled spirits taxes to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. It amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, pushing the expiration date from January 1, 2022, to January 1, 2032. This extension applies to distilled spirits brought into the United States after December 31, 2021.

The "Death Tax Repeal Act" eliminates both estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes, effective from the date of enactment. It adjusts gift tax calculations by setting the lifetime gift exemption at $10,000,000, with inflation adjustments after 2011. The Act also includes transitional rules for applying certain sections of the Internal Revenue Code during the enactment year.
