The act streamlines project approvals, encourages collaboration, and implements litigation reforms to expedite forest management activities. Additionally, it creates a casualty assistance program for firefighters and support personnel who are seriously injured, become ill, or die while on duty.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for the U.N. Population Fund Act" prohibits U.S. taxpayer dollars from being contributed to the United Nations Population Fund. This includes both direct and indirect contributions from the Department of State, as well as any other federal department or agency.

The "Strengthening our Servicemembers with Milk Act" mandates that the Department of Defense provide diverse milk options, including flavored, organic, and lactose-free varieties, in military dining facilities. It also prohibits the purchase of milk from entities owned or controlled by foreign adversaries.

The "Heartbeat Protection Act of 2025" prohibits abortions if a fetal heartbeat is detectable, with exceptions only to save the mother's life or in reported cases of rape or incest. Physicians must check for a fetal heartbeat before performing an abortion and document the findings. Violators may face fines and/or imprisonment, but the mother cannot be prosecuted. The act does not override stricter state laws or create a right to abortion.

The "National Constitutional Carry Act" aims to protect the Second Amendment rights of individuals to carry firearms in public for self-defense, as affirmed by Supreme Court decisions. It prevents state and local governments from restricting the carrying of firearms by legal U.S. citizens, whether residents or non-residents, in any public place, with exceptions for private property where firearms are prohibited and places with firearm screening. This act asserts that any state or local laws conflicting with this provision will be rendered ineffective.

The "Protecting Life on College Campus Act of 2025" aims to prevent federal funds from going to colleges and universities that offer abortion drugs or abortions through school-based service sites. To remain eligible for federal funding, these institutions must annually certify that their campus clinics do not provide abortion drugs or abortions, with specific exceptions for procedures intended to save a mother's life. The term "abortion drug" is defined as any drug used to intentionally kill an unborn child or terminate a pregnancy. This act does not apply to hospitals.

The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025 amends the Immigration and Nationality Act, clarifying that individuals born in the U.S. are citizens if at least one parent is a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or an alien with lawful status serving in the armed forces. This clarification applies to those born after the Act's enactment, ensuring that citizenship is tied to a parent's connection to the U.S. The bill specifies the criteria for being "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States for citizenship at birth.

The "Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to deem aliens inadmissible and deportable if they have committed or admitted to acts constituting sex offenses, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse, or violating protection orders. It broadens the definition of crimes against children to include any crime constituting domestic violence.

The "Restore Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability Act of 2025" aims to improve accountability within the VA by modifying procedures for disciplining VA supervisors, senior executives, and other employees for misconduct or poor performance. It expedites the disciplinary process, limits external review of disciplinary actions, and broadens the scope of employees subject to these procedures. The Healthy SNAP Act of 2025 amends the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to revise the definition of "food" under SNAP. It excludes items like alcohol, tobacco, soft drinks, candy, ice cream, and prepared desserts from SNAP eligibility. The Act directs the Secretary to designate eligible foods based on nutritional value, public health, and cultural eating patterns, with regular reviews to update the list. It also allows for culturally relevant food substitutions with state approval, ensuring nutritional equivalence.

The "Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act of 2025" seeks to modernize Medicare coverage for chiropractic services. It expands coverage to include all services provided by licensed Doctors of Chiropractic, not just manual spinal manipulation. Doctors of Chiropractic are required to attend an educational webinar to be eligible for Medicare reimbursement. This aims to align Medicare with other healthcare systems and private insurance in recognizing the full scope of chiropractic care.

The "Ending Presidential Overreach on Public Lands Act" requires congressional approval for the creation or expansion of any national monument. This bill aims to limit the President's authority over public lands by ensuring that any designation or expansion of national monuments is subject to congressional oversight and approval.

The "Qualified Immunity Act of 2025" codifies qualified immunity for law enforcement officers, protecting them from liability unless the violated right was clearly established, or no reasonable officer would have known their conduct was unlawful. It also protects employing agencies and local governments from liability if the officer acted within their employment scope. This act aims to balance accountability with the need to protect officers from harassment and liability when performing duties reasonably. The changes will take effect 180 days after enactment.

The "AMERICANS Act" addresses the COVID-19 vaccine mandate's impact on service members by preventing new mandates without congressional approval and prohibiting adverse actions based solely on vaccination status. It offers remedies for those discharged or negatively affected, including discharge upgrades, reinstatement, and compensation. The act prioritizes retaining unvaccinated members, limits consideration of vaccination status for assignments, requires a COVID-19 vaccine exemption process, and terminates bonus repayment obligations for those separated due to vaccine refusal.

The "Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act" repeals the Corporate Transparency Act, eliminating the requirement for companies to report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). It also makes necessary technical adjustments to Title 31 of the United States Code, specifically sections related to financial recordkeeping and reporting of currency and foreign transactions, to reflect the repeal.

The "Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act" prohibits the Secretary from providing Title X funding to any entity that performs abortions or provides funds to other entities that perform abortions, with exceptions only for abortions resulting from rape, incest, or to save the woman's life. It requires the Secretary to submit an annual report to Congress with a list of all entities receiving Title X grants. The report must include the number of abortions performed under the exceptions, the date of the latest certification for each entity receiving a Title X grant, and a list of each entity to which a Title X grantee makes funds available.

The "Repeal the NFA Act" aims to eliminate the National Firearms Act (NFA). This bill would remove all regulations, taxes, and registration requirements imposed by the NFA on certain firearms and devices. By repealing the NFA, the bill seeks to deregulate the ownership and transfer of items currently covered under the NFA.

The "Abolish the ATF Act" eliminates the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). This would effectively end the ATF's regulatory and enforcement powers over alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and explosives.

The "Freedom from Mandates Act" nullifies Executive Orders 14042 and 14043, which concern COVID-19 safety protocols for federal contractors and mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations for federal employees. Additionally, the bill prevents the Secretary of Labor from mandating COVID-19 vaccinations or testing for employees and prohibits the Secretary of Health and Human Services from requiring healthcare providers to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations or testing for employees as a condition of Medicare or Medicaid participation.

The "Protecting Arizona from Federal Land Grabs Act" limits the President's authority to establish or expand national monuments in Arizona. This bill puts restrictions on the executive branch's ability to designate federal lands in Arizona as national monuments. These limitations mirror existing regulations in Wyoming, aiming to give the state more control over land use decisions.
